Called to schedule a service and was told by Jennifer they had an appointment available and a loaner in one hour. Drove over and found out there were no loaners available after just making the appt and being told otherwise. Their service wait area is a joke, a few chairs in the middle of their showroom, nothing like Mercedes and Lexus waiting areas. Make sure to double confirm loaners!!!

It's not a clever idea texting emojis to your customer's cellphone it sounds a lot more as an unprofessional behavior and I strongly feel that I was treated this way SOLELY due to my gender
I asked the man himself how and why I was receiving texts from him his response was that his got my number electronically (?) and that the texts were accidentally sent
