Knowledge, honesty, and very fair with hours. Don't take your european car to any shop. They claim to have knowledge that only a few have!

I brought in a 2009 Volvo for an oil change and this location charged me $141. I have had oil changes before and they have never cost this much not even for my Audi. I felt as though the owner saw that I was a nurse and thought I could afford him over charging. Will not recommend this place ever! If I ever need immediate assistance with my car it will be the last place I goService: Oil change

I was a customer of Angelo's for about 10 years. I have a number of cars and was looking for a quality shop for general bodywork and some other mechanical work. In general, I felt satisfied with the results until the last few years. I needed paintwork on my rocker panels of the 300ZX. I ran over some wet lane markers! Anyway, it has never been properly corrected. The initial job blistered. That was redone and it also blistered. Along with the blistering, the edges where it is blended into the doors and quarters are peeling. It has been a couple of years and it is awful. The original paint lasted over 20 years. Why can they not repair it to last also? When they had the car the second time, they kept it for almost 2 months! They told me in the end that they wanted to make sure it wouldn't blister again! I have been waiting a few months for them to take the car in again. I asked if they would allow another shop to do the work and cover the expense and be done with me. They denied. It's unfortunate for me because I am not excited to go back to have it redone every two years. Also, they are not very interested in doing the work as there won't be any money. So I get to sit and wait while they do paid work. Safe to say, I've had other work in the past few years and have gone elsewhere. If they don't take me in soon, I will have to figure out how to get them to do the work. Unfortunate to have to spend so much effort on this.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my truck in for service and cannot recommend this shop enough. They were very helpful explaining the issues my truck had and went above and beyond trying to find the best solution for an engine issue. Please ask for Angelo when you go there, he has over 20 years experience and it shows in his work / detail. Thank you International Automotive Repairs!!

I did use this service for ca 11 years with 2 European cars (now "youngtimers") upon seeing many European high end vehicles in the shop. Originally, the service was fast, reliable and not overpriced. But since ca. 2015, I noticed that corners were cut, replacement parts were not always factory parts, sloppy work was hidden, but discovered later and prices kept just going up. It's a pity because Angelo is quite talented, friendly and possibly knowledgeable about various cars and specific issues, but the quality nowadays of diagnostics and execution of repair suffers due to the team members which seem to do patchwork. I am no longer using this service for obvious reasons.

Nothing but great things to say about Angelo, he gets my families cars in and out quickly for routine oil changes and yearly inspections. If there's an issue with the car he explains the problem and gets it fixed right away.

I have been a long time customer of this repair shop with 2 cars. For the first 5 years the service was excellent at realistic price. Proper diagnosis let to speedy repair and the cars were returned clean. All this has changed since ca. 2015 when the shop was overflowing with cars - current repairs, unfinished projects and longterm storage. In the past, the focus was on European cars like Ferrari, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, the occasional Rolls Royce; now you can observe just about everything coming in, which means no more expertise, but tinkering! A filthy entrance greets the customer, the owner greets the customer cordially only after he has arrived for the day (ca. 10:00am). If you leave the car early, an Italian mechanic with little English will take your keys. The shop is crowded and deteriorating with too many parts, tools, discarded "stuff" lying around. Not the kind a shop you would trust your better brand vehicle. And now discovered after years of trust that on my cars alot of tinkering and patchwork had been done: parts were not replaced with original manufacturers equipment; instead of fixing e.g. an oil leak with the proper gaskets, a silicone sealant was used, or interior items were somehow repaired without putting everything back as necessary (loose cables under the seat, missing body clips and other sloppy work). I can't go back to this shop, and you should avoid it as well! It's a pity, as the owner is actually quite an interested car mechanic; but he "lost it".
