“I want to start my review by saying that Chris is THE BEST! I would’ve never been able to fix the errors that were made by a different department when submitting the rental agreement after I lost my car due to theft. Errors that were obligating me to pay out of pocket and also prohibiting me from keeping the rental for a fair amount of time as entitled to do so under a full coverage policy. After many hours and days of going through the back and forth with different departments he was able to help rectify the problem providing me with the best outcome possible. His persistence to help and find a solution was unwavering. So I will end my review by saying that I’m extremely grateful and could not be happier with the quick service he rendered in this unpleasant situation. I’ve been a loyal customer with him as my agent for almost 7 years and he never fails me. Amazing employees you have State Farm but Christopher Stewart is the best!”
