I've been a client of Fetch since they opened their doors on Gerard Street and then through their move to New York Ave. Prior to using Fetch for their grooming services I used numerous grooming salons in Huntington and I can say with certainty that none of the other groomers matched the quality of service at Fetch. The owners Karen and Susan are dedicated to ensuring their staff provides exceptional service and they deliver time and time again. Besides their top notch grooming the store offers unique, high quality apparel, accessories and treats. It's a 10/10!! Do yourself a favor and visit or make an appt at Fetch, support a women owned business and a community based business that really cares about their customers and their pets!

I was recommended by a friend to bring my dog here. It is a beautiful boutique super cute stuff but very delicate. I took my dog for a bath and he gets nervous at new spots but overall he’s always a good boy. I won’t take my dog there again. Front desk lady was NOT very welcoming or nice. My dog got nervous and peed by the bench they have there not ON it like she thought. She had the nerve to yell at me “you’re just going to let him pee on the furniture?!!” I’m usually not one to stay shut but I was confused as to why she thought she could talk to me like that. So that energy just threw my boy off completely. She then called like 30-40 minutes after I left him saying to get him because he is finished but also because he keeps peeing everywhere. The groomer was very nice and sweet to my dog I appreciate that. I have taken him to a different place before and he did NOT act the way he did at this place. Not a very good experience. Dogs feel energy and my dog was not feeling that lady’s energy at all. She made both my dog and I super uncomfortable ?

wonderful shop, wonderful owners. I've known Fetch since it opened, they provide a wonderful shopping experience to the community, wonderful service to the community, and are extremely supportive of many of the animal welfare organizations in the community. The best in town. A thousand stars.

After struggling to find either a jacket or sweater that would fit my dog properly my wife googled and found Fetch. We took a trip and damn are we happy we did. Karen greeted us when we came in and is one of the nicest store owners I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. We explained our situation and she showed us multiple jackets and we found some that fit perfectly. She also showed us a hand made sweater which also was a perfect fit. Cool boutique and the prices were great. So much better than ordering online. I'd rather speak to someone who cares about what they're doing and is a pet lover as well !!!! They also carry made in the USA dog treats so we picked up a couple of bags. Our puppy loved them !! We will definitely be going back again. What a great store.

FETCH is just THE most fabulous dog boutique I’ve ever seen! Very much worth the drive from Manhattan, as there’s nothing like it in this city. Or maybe even in the USA! Seriously, you will not believe your eyes, and it’s so nice to have the experience of shopping in an actual store and talking with other dog owners. FETCH carries all the top dog fashions for every season, along with the most fashionable dog carriers & beds, treats, toys, you name it! The women who own the store couldn’t be nicer. They’ve even special ordered things for me. They recently moved to a larger space and added grooming services. Talk about everything you need all in one place! If you’re lucky, you’ll happen in on a day when they’re having one of their well known, over the top events! Such fun! My dog loves when I tell her we’re going to FETCH. She gets treat samples from the owners and gets to see her dog friends. Not to mention, we never leave without buying a new outfit or two or three. Every dog owner and friends of dog owners, who want to pamper their pups or buy gifts, should check out this boutique.

Mediocre , over priced , with a haughty snob of a sales woman . I think the name was Karen . New to the area . I will find a better place with nicer workers and customer service. I don't mind spending money on my critters. But after the vibe , definitely rly Not here

My precious puppy was hacked. You can see the shaved marks and his pink skin. He was so traumatized we had to take him to the vet to medicate him. Shame on this salon! They shaved and hacked his hair off for 75 dollars. Shame on this salon. His rear end was so raw and shaven he couldn’t SIT DOWN.

My family and I were so excited to take our beloved puppy to Fetch. We dropped him off and were surprised when we were told to pick him up only an hour and a half later- normally grooming takes much longer. We were horrified when we picked him up and discovered that he was shaved raw! He was so ‘raw’ that he could not sit down, and was crying and whimpering for days. It was very upsetting to see my puppy so hurt and upset. He was shaved so raw you could see his pink skin, also meaning that he shivered constantly because he was cold. So sad to see him like that…

Shelby always does my dog coco grooming ! I love how my dog looks and my coco never comes out with anxiety as it did with previous salon! I’m happy and I have been loyal customer ! I like that my dog is not caged up as it is other Salon that’s why she hated to get grooming! now she’s happy going to Shelby and whenever I’m running late they are playing with her or have her sit and wait not caged

Wonderful store all around. Beautiful products, great customer service and always executing exciting events that give back to the community and the animal rescue organizations therein . The owners and staff are extremely nice and the store atmosphere is beyond appealing. They clearly put the pets and their owners first. Wish there was higher star rating for them and wishing them many more years in the community.

Fetch in huntington. I have never paid so much ($75) for so little grooming time (2 hours for this hack job, usually 4 hour minimum). I made the appt 3 weeks ago and when I arrived they had mistakenly booked me with a different groomer. They said my groomer was 'finishing up' the other 2 dogs and he could see mine. The available woman groomer took my 10 month old puppy assuring me only the groomer I wanted would attend to my puppy. Miraculously, a mere 2 hours later my puppy was over. It also coincided with closing time of Fetch. I have never in my 20 years of taking dogs to a groomer seen such a butchery and hack job done to a dog. You could literally see the pink of his raw skin and 'roads' of shaved areas that were more severely hacked away then the rest of his body. His face was perfect. My guess it was a 2 team groom job so they could get done in 2 hours. My preferred groomer took care of his face while the other groomer hacked and shaved at his body. Needles to say my puppy is traumatized by what must have been a complete restraint system from the Middle Ages. We have had to give him anti anxiety as for the first 2 nights he couldn't sleep. His rear end is SO RAW he can't sit down. I am horrified at what they did to my puppy. One star for the face.

Shelby is an amazing stylist. She goes above and beyond to take the time to groom Charlie, my King Charles Cavalier. She even gave him a massage to help his aching hips. Charlie loves her and can't wait to see her. I love the store as well, with there unique clothing items. I highly recommend Fetch

Shelby did an amazing job grooming my 9 month old poodle puppy! He is usually very timid and shy in new situations but she made him feel very comfortable. Not only does he look beautiful, he had a positive experience as well. A few hours after I brought him home, I called to ask Shelby if we could come back to get a little more trimmed off the top of his head. She was very accommodating and my little guy ran right back into the shop without hesitation. That says a lot! Thank you Shelby!!
