Empire Subaru of Huntington, 1767 East Jericho Turnpike, is a fantastic dealership. All their staff are professional and extremely helpful. However, whenever I need to go to Empire, and ever since I purchased my Subaru in 2015, I always look forward to having RICHARD CIARLETTA take care of my visit. I’m grateful for the support and help I recently received from Empire Subaru of Huntington. From the entire team in the service department to Sal Modica Sr. and Sal Modica Jr., I had a few issues and repairs to get done on my car, and the team went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I got my car back very quickly, even though the repairs could have taken much longer.I can’t say enough about the help I received from Sal Sr. and Sal Jr. They kept me posted with all the information I needed while my car was being worked on. The service I received exceeded my expectations, and I had to write this review to thank the team at Empire Subaru of Huntington. I had such an awesome experience and received top-notch customer service! Thank you!!

I am very satisfied with the transmission repair job done by Empire Subaru on my Forester, and for the loaner car I'd been provided while my car was being serviced (as this was a major repair and required time). I will not hesitate to return for my future service needs. Kudos to Jason Moreno, and to the entire service team at Empire Subaru!

Richard Ciarletta has outstanding capabilities as a team player and takes leadership when it comes to his tasks. Rich constantly shows his capacity to work well within supporting each of his customers when they require his time for writing up the service appointments. He lends encouragement and support to his customers when they need it. His willingness to take on responsibilities without being asked demonstrates his proactive character. He provides initiative and insight in providing the best customer care where his assistance may be valuable, whether he needs to direct the technicians or speak with the service manager. Rich's willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty is demonstrated by his eagerness to take on challenges and his passion to producing high-quality work. He is a tremendous asset Empire Subaru as he is the only service writer to have worked past 20 years. I recall working with him when I purchased my Subaru Impreza Sport back in 2017. I have seen the many team members including managers come and go, but Rich has stayed to build his career. He has a proactive attitude and provides readiness to take on responsibilities.In my opinion, he genuinely exemplifies the values of excellence and teamwork and I love working with him when I bring in my car.Without Richard Ciarletta's enthusiasm and passion, The service department at Empire Subaru would not be the same place.
