I think the quality of work done on my car was excellent. However, my car was in the shop for two months. There were numerous delays (and excuses made). I felt like I could have had a brand new car built from scratch in less time. While everyone at DePalo was very polite and courteous, at no time was an apology given. I don't feel enough effort was made to complete my car's repairs in a timely fashion. We had to reschedule another maintenance appointment on my car and had to borrow my parents' car for two months, which were both inconveniences. We are understanding that repair work takes time and there can be delays while waiting for parts to arrive, but two months is a ridiculous amount of time to take to repair a car.

DePalo and Sons did an amazing job with crossover when I was involved in an accident. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I was concerned about not having a car to drive, and they quickly and easily arranged a rental car. I didn't miss a moment of work. They constantly kept me updated on the progress on my car. It truly feels like you're dealing with a family that cares about you. But the best part was my car - I couldn't believe how great it looked and drove.
