HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Wish I could give negative stars!
Purchased a used car, signed (legitimately signed documents) for a certain term and interest rate. Get the bill a month later they submitted completely different term to the Bank. Said we would have to refinance because they can’t get our rate now. Don’t return calls. Everyone has blown us off. No one will help or make this right.
Submitted fraudulent terms to the bank and somehow it’s okay and we just have to deal?!
Stay away! No communication! Have asked to speak to managers and owners. Always told we would be called back. Ha!
Literally will tell every person to stay away.

The experience was ok until I got into the finance office. The deal presented to me by finance was significantly higher than the agreed deal with the salesperson. This included a bank initiation fee of over $1,000 to use a bank that was different from the bank mentioned to me by the salesperson. Which also was reported to my insurance company and then caused major confusion with my insurance plan including having to increase my liability limits which increased. Y monthly insurance plan. The finance person, Paul, couldn’t give me a clear answer on why the deal was so much higher in his office and why the bank had changed. He just forced his hand and kept pushing. After being there for hours I just wanted out. Went from nice and easy to nightmare. I’m so sick of dealerships and the lack of transparency in the deal. Overall there was 0 transparency in what what being paid for the vehicle. They just want to push the monthly payments and take in their profit, however it has to be done. I’m definitely not going back here.

This is the worse place I’ve ever been to,
Stay away from this dealership if the thought of buying a car comes to your mind. I bought a Honda crv and the second day after I bought it started to make a noise and then I contacted the dealer. I had to wait two weeks for the appointment after I brought the car for service they kept my car for 9 days and then they called me saying to “come pick up your car, the noise is still there but we know what it is ((after 9 days))so they said they order the part that they would call us when the part comes , the last time I called nicely asking if the part came a guy name Michael keravich cursed me and hang up on me , untill now I’m still waiting on the call (is been 2 months))) then i brought the car to another dealer and they found the problem in a few minutes but I had to pay it from my pocket .

The service adviser Noel was very helpful and knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs on the service of my car. The entire staff at Empire Chevrolet were courteous and when I arrived at the dealership they were very sensitive to honoring my appointment schedule.
I would definitely recommend Empire Chevrolet.

Nice little dealership on Jericho Tnpk in Huntington directly adjacent the Stop and Shop. I went to go check out the selection of new vehicles in person, rather than from their website online inventory. There is an assortment of used vehicles there as well. Should I deside to purchase another GM / Chevrolet vehicle I will visit the space once again.
