I’ve been going to Cactus in Huntington for the last 4 years and I have never met such talented stylists and kind staff. Tiffany Donlon has been doing my hair for years and I only trust her with it! She’s so accommodating and passionate about being a stylist and is amazing at what she does!! Definitely recommend!!

I had a haircut & blow-dry appointment with Lorelei. She gave me a perfect short bob. I went to the Huntington, NY location. The salon is attractive and immaculate. The staff was welcoming.
My sister worked as a hair stylist for over 20 years & had a huge following. When she saw my haircut, she loved it.

I wanted a change from posh, overpriced, snobby queens and manhattan stylist… And Debbie did not disappoint.
Backstory- i tried to color my own hair before a trip to greece and it came out terribly. I found cactus after some research and they paired me with Debbie.

-everyone is extremely community oriented, super friendly and personable.

- Friendly, a great conversationalist, kind, respectful and caring. Her service is a literal 10/10.
- Her work, work ethic, honesty, transparency and skill is something i felt at ease and trusted her with the entire process.
Just ask her about the brown girl that did her own foils at home and she can show you the pics for proof!

Love this salon. Was in Huntington for a wedding last week. Took a chance on getting a blow out and makeup. I was able to get an appointment the day of the wedding. Ronnie did my blow out. What a fabulous job she did. She is a great stylist. I forgot the Lady's name that did my makeup. She was great too. The lady at the desk was amazing and able to squeeze in the makeup at the last minute. What a great salon. Wish I lived in Huntington! Great place to visit. I felt so pampered. I usually don't write reviews, but I had too.

Tiffany is the BEST! After my first haircut with her I will only go to Cactus for my hair so she can do it! The first few times I wanted something really simple, but something other hairdressers don't do properly: a healthy clean cut. I asked her to cut anything dead off but leave as much length as possible, and skip the layers and I'd leave the salon feeling my hair was so much healthier, restored from the cut. I've asked many hairdressers to do this in the past and did not get that result. For the summer I wanted something more drastic, I went with a dark red, and we even decided to throw in a little violet when she showed me the book. The pigment is so rich and it came out perfect!! ??honestly better than I imagined. I also got a long bob/blunt and it also was just what I was hoping for. She will do EXACTLY what you ask if you know what you want, and will use her intuition to guide you or fill in the blanks if you're figuring it out. Plus she is such a good vibe to be around, you will feel like a new person just from talking to her, aside from the haircut ✨️✨️?♀️

I have been going to Ronnie for years. She does a great job and I follow her to every salon she goes to. Cactus is my favorite salon she has been at! The staff is great, super nice and helpful.
