“A mixed review for this dealership. The service manager, Joe Tiso, was responsive, clear, reliable, friendly---excellent really. The people I initially spoke with, much less so. Arranged for a tow (took over 2 hours) without first mentioning that their policy of providing rides to bring owners back to them, to retrieve the car post-service, would not cover me as I lived too far away. Asking about a loaner car elicited a guffaw. The needed repair was pretty obvious (a new tire) but the front line people wouldn't first check to see if they had a tire in stock- leaving me to change travel plans as I couldn't know if they could put in a new tire in time or not. Once Joe got going, he checked to see if they had a tire- - they did- and quickly gave a time estimate. Tires from Volvo are not cheap, but I appreciate Joe being a straight shooter about the costs.”
“Tom and Chris went above and beyond repairing a bad crack in the bumper of my old Mercedes. It's seriously as good as new, not even a hint of repair or repainting. They even replaced a dead lightbulb and restored my yellowing headlights without me asking. Just an incredible service, I cannot recommend these guys enough!”

“I had my car fixed at Skuffy in May of 2022 through GEICO’s ARX program with a lifetime guarantee on the repairs. At the time they replaced the passenger rear door of my car, but didn’t reprogram my key to work properly, so I constantly had issues with that door not locking and the keyless start wouldn’t work at all.
Now, it’s my fault I didn’t address this concern earlier or even right away. However, two years later when I finally got to it, I had the pleasure of dealing with the new owner Anthony. He was extremely helpful and had my problem fixed in literally half a day. Danny was also great! 5/5 I would totally recommend Skuffy to anyone. The new management is amazing, very friendly and truly willing to help. ?”

“Went to check out a new leased vehicle and have the last 8 months of my vehicle paid off. I dealt W Archie Alexander in sales and wanted a car that the were expecting in transit to be there in a week or 2 . I left. Deposit and in one week the car arrived and I now have my new leased vehicle and my old leased vehicle is gone. . They handled everything and I drove away w new plates and the car was registered . “Since Friday I have called every dealer with a 392 on their lot within 100 miles trying to make a deal. NY dealers were the worst to deal with as expected, ridiculous markups even on 2023 leftovers. Last night I was going to place my factory order but I was dreading the wait time. I called Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram and spoke with Colleen the BDC and made her an offer. She told me she needed to chat with her manager to get it approved. 3 hours later Colleen called me and told me her manager Bob signed off, I showed up 30 minutes later signed all the paperwork.
