Please replace the management in this store. You dont walk around with your hands in your pockets chit chatting with the cashier while you have lines everywhere, people cutting the lines, people with dogs, kids running and screaming and very little air conditioning. This store is absolute chaos personified. Never again.

People working in the store are rude. The store closes at 8pm and there is no way to us the fitting room after 7:30, even if you have one item.

I love Zara! And the staff is very friendly with me all the time, specialty the girl in the fitting room! She is amazing all the time and very cordial! And she speaks Spanish which makes more easier to ask for help when I need to change some clothes!
