“I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of style he would be into from the selection of clothes. But this nice employee with short curly hair went up to me and asked me if I needed help. I told him and showed him a photo of my boyfriend and he helped me pick out a set of outfits that I could buy, eventually we settled on one. The whole interaction was just so helpful and welcoming that I had to write this review, such a bubbly person! Will definitely be coming back + he loved it!”
“I had a return and Joanne helped me. The main word to describe Joanne is dedicated. For some reason the two items I was returning weren’t allowing the computer to complete the transaction and when that happened she was quick to call the 800 number for Anthropologie to get to to the bottom of it. When my schedule didn’t allow me to wait she remained on hold until she got to the bottom of it and called me to let me know the problem was resolved and I could come back in to do the return. It’s very rare to find people to help you as much as she did and I am so grateful to her. Thanks so much Joanne.”

“Last weekend, my boyfriend and I strolled into the Madewell at Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington, NY. We each needed an outfit for an event we were attending in East Hampton the very next day. And with only 25 minutes before the mall closed, we were scrambling, panicking and quickly losing hope. Then we met the store associate, Sarah! She immediately came around the corner and started helping us navigate the store and giving us suggestions based on the limited information we gave her about what we needed. She was pairing outfits for me, finding me my right sizes, and I ended up leaving with the perfect pair of shoes and shirt to go with a pair of pants I had previously purchased. She was literally our lifesaver! She made everything come together for us, on top of being so personable, cool, and sweet.
So we wanted to reach out and make sure she got recognition for how great of a person and employee she is! I’ve never met another store associate anywhere who was so quick and willing to help. We could tell she actually cared. She’s stellar and we are forever thankful to her for that night!”

“Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”
“I love Zara! And the staff is very friendly with me all the time, specialty the girl in the fitting room! She is amazing all the time and very cordial! And she speaks Spanish which makes more easier to ask for help when I need to change some clothes!”

“Great kiosk! Love the jeans. They fit great, are comfortable and priced right! Just bought a pair with shredded bottom that I was unsure of but the owner told me they are the newest trend so I tried. So glad I did! Got lots of compliments and then I saw them on a store website for double the price! Also they now have some great beach coverups for also half the price I have seen elsewhere! Definitely check it out! The owner is so helpful and nice!! I always go there first before the mall stores”
