How do you let someone leave with two inactive phones after trying to upgrade? “As of three hours ago we are unable to activate phones” but this was never brought to my attention prior to taking my money. Went back the next day to return the phone but didn’t receive a full refund. When asked about it, they gave no detailed explanation. When returning for the third time I was told “why wasn’t this asked when you were here? It’s here in black and white, I don’t understand what you need clarification on. You’re not getting your money back.” but when I showed her the papers she clearly didn’t know herself what fee wasn’t getting refunded. Didn’t bother to dispute it, seeing as the manager is just as rude and ready to kick anyone out. Instead of defusing a situation, she threw a customer out. The next day she could not be bothered to help an upset customer. Customer left screaming “don’t do business with Verizon.” Throughout my whole experience there, the manager could not be bothered to help me. Her solution was to call 611. Completely brushed off and ignored.

Horrible customer service, the female manager was very rude to my grandmother who is older and hard of hearing. It's really pitiful that I even have to leave a 1 star review. She has to go to another Verizon store to get help. Trash management.

I tried calling the phone number on Verizon’s website, simply to ask a quick question. All I wanted to know is if the store has the new iPhone 15 pro cases for my new cell phone. I waited on hold for a solid 10 minutes, and no one picked up my call. Oh well, Verizon’s loss. I will not purchase anything from them in the future.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Check-in kiosk not working, no one came over to help for several minutes. Only 3 customer service representatives available in the entire store. Waited over 45 minutes to deal with one of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with at Verizon. Even the woman next to me said to her that she was being rude to me!! Left without a resolution or any type of courtesy. Will NEVER go back to that store.

Abysmal customer support. Manager Natasha was incredibly rude and refused to provide any help or assistance for my elderly mom. They only have a QR code on the door instead of providing store hours. They also don’t provide any support for landline service.

This location is a rip off! They overcharge you and sell you service and product you di not need. They do not cancelOld charges and the manager Patrick is an uncooperativeMoran to say the least.They have been overcharging our accounts for months Just cancelled our services due to the lack of customer service and Rip OfF!
