Never had a bad experience here, but witnessed may problematic customers that give these wonderful workers a hard time. Kudos to their professionalism. This is my go-to post office in this area. Thank you always for your help!

I agree with many of the negative reviews, here at Google. However, my main concern is that they removed the two pressure pads that change the traffic light from red to green upon exiting the newly resurfaced parking lot. You can sit there forever and the lights will not change. This is a very dangerous situation that needs to be addressed.

I walked into the post office at 5 mins. after 5 to pick up a package. Note: the doors were not locked. The SHORT BALD BLACK MAN told me he was closed and would not help me. He said the woman who was ARABIC WITH GLASSES said SHE could help me if SHE wanted to. I waited for her to finish up with her customer. At this point it was 5:15. She then proceeded to take taker her money from her drawer and walk away. I explained that all I had to do was pick up a package. She told me SHE WASN'T GOING TO HELP ME and that she would get someone from the back. A minute later the man told me to step away from the window and closed the gate, leaving me standing there all alone with no assistance from anyone! Shame on you all! The worst experience I've ever had.

The entire USPS is a hottttt hotttt mess. The worst customer service ever. Once in a while you’ll get an educated helpful person a lot of the times that outweigh them it’s thee worst unprofessional people ever. UPS and FedEx are so much more with the times!!! Also your guys tracking sucks as well… once the ineligible staff marks it delivered which is WRONG that’s it, customers can’t see any info further !!! Even tho it’s still moving around!!! LIKE WHAT??????? N then we customers get upset. Make it make sense

The staff today was able to rectify my missing package. They’re superb in their work, very kind, and highly patient. Thanks for everything and understanding. I was a little stressed and they helped me out.

Mailman needs to pay attention to the address they put in mailboxs. My house number is 76 on the mailbox and they have 70 in my box. Now I have to go take this to the post office because they can't do a simple job right. This has happened to many times.

On a Saturday in December there was only one person working. I was unable to go back lately. It was a 40 minute wait. The service at Huntington Station is poor go to Melville or Huntington.

One of the worst post offices that I've been to. They're mostly on break. They would come out, take one person then go back on break again. These guys really know how to milk the cow.

If it would be possible to give this place minus 10 stars I would. It’s like their workers are making fun of the people. I had a package coming from another country. Me and my husband we are working from home. We waited all day for the package and they put in the system that they tried to deliver the package twice and left a note on the door. Not once but twice ??????imagine that. It happened to us the second time. The first time they send the package back without even trying to deliver

The worst local USPS store!!!! The store manager (Sherida Kansas) is unprofessional and incompetent. She has no idea how the change of address (COA) system works. She has a lack of accountability in public service. Filing an internal complaint in the hope of getting the store manager retrained and assessed.

After going to 2 different post offices in the area, and after being turned away by the Huntington Post Office, I went to this location renew my passport and needed assistance expediting the application. Sean helped me right away, he re-took my photo, double checked the application, and gave me advice on what to do if my passport did not come in time. Very professional and kind.
