Ordered pump bottles on Amazon and I couldn't get them to work. I went to Ulta to replace the pumps and the salesperson looked at the one that didn't work...and fixed it! Now I call that terrific customer service!

I always buy my makeup and skincare here, I've never had a problem, I bought some things 4 weeks ago and returned them again because my face had a bad reaction to a serum, I gave my number to the cashier and I handed him the product and I signed, he told me I would receive my money in two weeks, two weeks waiting, I came back today, they couldn't help me, it wasn't a lot of money, but it was something. Illogical, I delivered the product, they gave me my money again! I didn't have the receipt because the lady told me two weeks so I noticed it in the trash can last week thinking that during this week I would receive the refund. It costs a lot to make money for these types of problems to happen!

Alyssa (I'm not too sure how to spell her name) worked with me today. This was pretty much my first time getting makeup from a makeup store and not just Amazon or Target on my own. She color matched my foundation and concealer perfectly, answered my thousand questions, gave me advice, swatched anything she could for me, and made this confusing trip a wonderful experience. I bought everything she recommended.

This store has a horrible parking lot, I don’t understand why there’s a one way dead end in front of the store and you have to walk through bushes to get from the parking lot to the store. If you pull in front you get stuck and can’t turn around, you have to backup. Why is this area not just blocked off with some cones? Makes zero sense.The security guards literally follows you around the store, stares at you, and makes you feel really uncomfortable. I didn’t even go to the perfume section and buy the perfume I wanted because the younger security guard was grillin me and leaning against the pole in front of the section I needed to go to. I felt totally awkward and just headed to the checkout and left. The older security guard really follows you around the store. You’re basically a shoplifting suspect the second you walk in the door. They could at least be friendly.I order for pickup in store here a lot. After a few incidents where my order was messed up, I started opening the bag in the store before leaving to check my order. They tried giving me CLEARLY used products, and when I asked them to swap it for a NEW one, they made me go to the register and do a whole return and rebuy. Makes no sense, just swap it out? Why are you giving customers used products, well because we trusted you put it in our bag and you thought we would just pick it up and leave.The employees were rude.They asked personal questions about marital status and income amount to see if I wanted a credit card application… when I said no. “Well are you married? How much do you make?” Why are we asking that when I’m just trying to make a purchase and there are customers next to me and behind me? Too personal. I said I wasn’t interested.

Store was stocked and literally empty, easy to shop as long as you’re okay being followed by security. The employees were super rude, talking badly about a customer who had been in the store shopping and just left.

Tempted to give 5 stars, however they're understaffed. My daughter is fifteen and likes to try different brands to discover her favorites. When we have questions, we most times have to wait for the person behind the register; who's ringing up merchandise.I also don't like how they have many exceptions with their coupons. In 2 years, not one coupon has worked for the items I'm buying.I shop thru the app. The only reason I go to the store is when my daughter wants to go.

As I was checking out Katherine the cashier placed all the things I purchased towards her side of the counter as she scanned them. She asked if I wanted a bag i declined. She didn’t bother moving all my items towards me so I had to reach over towards her side of the counter I thought that was very rude of her. She didn’t have to move everything directly in front of me but I felt very awkward having to reach over the counter to get my things. My mother then politely said goodbye to her and she didn’t respond to her…plain rude.

Bethany is an absolute doll and miracle worker. She prides herself in perfection and will not stop until you are happy. All of the hair salon girls are friendly and helpful as are the rest of the store team members.

Amazing!! The girls were super duper helpful and were really patient with me and gave me their honest opinions. They helped me with a completely new makeup routine. Definitely going back. Had a great experience.

Packed my kid up before work to drive here. Says 10am online, 10am when you call the store and 10am on the door but apparently they open in the afternoon. Ordering online is so much easier.

Being in 2022 going through this is unacceptable . The security guard is very racist and follows any one of color around the store, this was very uncomfortable. The staff there isnt helpful and condone this behavior. Definitely my first and last time coming to this location

This was my first, and last time visiting this Ulta location. Ive noticed that the security guard was following me around the store, literally at every turn. Almost as if his head were on a swivel. When I got to the checkout line, he returned the front of the store and greeted every subsequent visitor. That’s when I realized, he didn’t greet me.It didn’t matter that I’ve been a loyal customer of the brand, or that I spent probably thousands of dollars on their makeup or skincare. It didn’t even matter that I walked out with a $200 order. The guard didn’t greet me, followed me aggressively around the store, and didn’t say anything to me upon exit. I wished him a good day, and shed a tear under my mask. (Keep in mind, he as staff wasn’t wearing a mask)I’ve done nothing to be targeted in this manner except be a black woman in a white neighborhood.
