We found the used car we liked online and came to Empire Toyota to check it out. Daniel was our salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly and overall very easy to work with. We did a test drive with him and eventually arranged to take the car ourselves to our own mechanic for validation that all was well (passed with flying colors). We are purchasing the car and would not hesitate to do business with Daniel and Empire Toyota again.

Today’s closing was a great experience thanks to the help of Yoelis Fernandez. From the moment he introduced himself, we were greeted with hospitality and were made to feel like we were welcomed guests. He went above and beyond, very attentive, friendly and looking out for you. His patience was commendable to the most minute detail, regardless of how silly you felt asking certain questions. If you happen to find yourself here, I hope you have the luck of having him as your specialist. Not to mention, he got us a price break ?

Mr. Romeo Mejia and his service staff at Empire Toyota of Huntington, always demonstrate genuine care for their customers along with the highest caliber of professionalism. I have had my vehicle serviced at Empire for 5 years. Any mechanical situation I've encountered has been immediately addressed to my complete satisfaction. It is extremely reassuring to know that my Family's safety is the top priority at Empire. I wish to specifically acknowledge two members of Mr. Mejia's team. Sunny Davalai, Service advisor and Tech Dominic Dario, make every visit pleasant and educational. Their diligence in properly maintaining my vehicle is very critical and comforting. If anyone is not satisfied where their vehicle is serviced, I highly recommend Mr. Mejia and his insightfully trained staff at Empire Toyota Huntington!!!

Carlos Meza was one of the easiest no pressure car salesman you could ask for.He was responsive and made this usually trying experience painless. Overall great dealership empire Toyota. Highly recommended. I love my land cruiser and got just what I wanted.

Omg!!!! This is the most fantastic business establishment EVER…GABRIEL RODRIGUEZ is seriously amazing beyond amazing. He is so kind, patient, genuine, hard working and brilliant. This is just the beginning to describe the character of this car salesman. UNBELIEVABLE customer service. I am blown away by this guy and can’t even believe this is not a dream!!!!! You MUST come in and see Gabe because he will have you so happy with how you’re treated and the awesome car you drive home in. Great place! We were received by Jonathan who immediately take us to a test drive with our car of interest, no small talk or excuses, and I was easily convinced by it! Of course the whole process was long, but Jonathan was very considerate and helped us all the way. No bizarre unexpected fees in the end, everything was very direct and transparent.
