This particular store does not resemble Tourneau.

Staff is rude, condescending and makes you not want to shop there.

Dropped my watch off for repair and after $600 and 2 months later I get it back and go to take the plastic off that they put on the case and the chronograph button falls off. The only thing they're willing to do is take the watch back another 2 weeks and fix it. Total joke, it shouldn't need to go back for another service unrelated to the original service. Not to mention they don't do any deals or discounts like other watch dealers. The staff here act like their doing you a favor. I'd only give 1 star only for the stores director but I feel he was being nice because I was looking to get a new longines or cartier for my wife. Will never purchase anything here now nor get my watch serviced here ever again. Go to Moonwatch in Hicksville instead or Roosevelt Field ADs where they work with you.

Excellent customer service. They took their time and went over many different brands of watches with me. They are very kind and patient and attentive to their customers. I highly recommend this store as they have a great selection of watches. Ask for Ed, he is exceptional!!!!

Honestly disappointed in this Tourneau location. They have a pretty limited watch inventory given their reputation. Good for Tag Heuer, Cartier, and Breitling. Was not blown away by the experience they offer customers. Felt like I wasn't being taken seriously even though I'm in the market for a Rolex/Omega watch. Save yourself the trouble and just drive to the bigger location in Garden City.

I just had to post a review after such a wonderful visit to Tourneau to have my beloved Rolex watch repaired after the pin just randomly fell-out of the wristband. Such warm and inviting folk treated me like a queen even though I wasn't in for a purchase and didn't purchase my watch there (it was inherited from my Mom). It's so fabulous to have an experience like this. I'm positive I'll be back if I am ever in the market for another watch or for any servicing.

Lost Tudor/Rolex AD status. Not an Omega AD. Had some Longines which was nice and a great Oris collection in stock.

Must see Sonia, she is great and makes sure you get into the watch you want, I called too see if they had a watch she said she would put it away, I was unable to get into the store for a couple of days. She had it waiting for me when I came in. Thanks for everything!

I am a regular here and I must say that you must ask for Sonya for assistance or the store manager, because I brought in a discontinued $60,000 rose gold watch to get serviced. The sales person who came out and helped me repeated placed it on the glass display case without using one of the padded bins to protect against scratches. After seeing her clank my watch against the display case twice, I had to insist that she place my watch on a mouse pad.Sonya could tell that I was flustered by this and asked politely to have the other sales person retire back into the office.Working with Sonya has been wonderful she knows her luxury goods and will care for them like they were her own. I have seen several managers go through this boutique but Sonya has been there through several changes and the only sales person with the longest degree of continuity.People who do not understand luxury goods should not be handling other peoples luxuries if they do not care for them. Better training is required for new staff and I cringe at having to submit this post. This boutique has is geared for watches retailing under 15K mostly, with most of the entry level luxury watches around the 5-7K price point. The majority of the consumer watches are under 1K. Occasionally they may have some interesting pieces in their preowned section but only rarely. The benefit of this location is that they can bring in watches within their network. So if there is a preowned piece or something available in the Bucherer line they can request it.I give Sonya's service 5 stars, Tourneau staff training 1 star and this particular boutique over all 2.5 stars being that the selection is often limited and I rarely see anything I really want. The overall service has been acceptable but without a decent selection of really rare items it does bring it down a couple of pegs.

I purchased a vintage concord watch many years ago from Tourneau over the years I have come back for batteries and minor issues. In September of 2022 I came in to get a battery and I had to leave my watch. When I picked it up it still did not work.. so it needed to be sent out.. somehow in transit the watch was damaged… Roman the service manager worked tirelessly to get my watch repaired, if not for him I do believe this beautiful watch would have never been fixed…. he kept in contact with me over many months working to get this repair made, can’t thank him enough…

I purchased Longines HYDROCONQUESTAnd i waited 10 Days , when i went to pickup Brand New watch , BOX WAS BROKEN,DAMAGED .. Brand New Watch in Broken Box? That Chinese Lady Changed the Box. I DO NOT THINK THIS WAS A BRAND NEW WATCH. BECAUSE OF MY COLOR. SHE THOUGHT SHE IS ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO ME. SHAME ON HER. I HAVE THE WATCH NOW I AM NOTICING ONE STRAIGHT LINE SCRATCH APPEARS ON THE BRACELET. I THINK THEY POLISHED THIS WATCH TO SELL AS NEW FOR $1995.00 PLUS TAX. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Stopped in have the tech swap straps on my watch. Sonia informed me that the tech was on vacation. She then made the effort to find one of her colleagues that could change the strap for me. In comes Roman. Roman was eager to assist and took the time to get it done for me. Then refused to charge me. The smallest gestures go the longest way. My next watch purchase will be from Sonia and Roman. Thank you both for proving that a visit to the store beats online shopping any day!!!

I have had positive experiences in Tourneau with all of the staff. I always ask for Sonia. She has been very friendly and patient with me even before I had purchased anything. Because of her amazing service I have been, and will continue to be a repeat customer.
