I would like to thank Rachel and Marshall, at the Tourneau, located at Walt Whitman Mall location. I had problems with a faulty bracelet on a pre-owned piece I purchased a week or so ago. The issue could not be rectified. I was able to swap into another watch at a similar price point no problem at all. Rolex service cost me $1,000 in 2020. I’ve had to bring it back 4x since then to address the same issue. Today I was informed it would cost another $1,200 to fix the problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away Tourneau. Absolutely unacceptable. London Jewelers would never operate like this.

Disappointed. I've had purchased two luxury watches at this location, I came to have a link taken out of the band in my breitling since I lost weight and it didn't fit properly any longer. To my surprise they charged me $16 for the 30 seconds to take the link out. You would think they would want to keep a solid customer relationship with their client base instead of charging for such an insignificant service. For me, it wasn't the money, but the general principal… Salesmanship has been lost, and I will certainly not be buying a third watch here.

Dropped my watch off for repair and after $600 and 2 months later I get it back and go to take the plastic off that they put on the case and the chronograph button falls off. The only thing they're willing to do is take the watch back another 2 weeks and fix it. Total joke, it shouldn't need to go back for another service unrelated to the original service. Not to mention they don't do any deals or discounts like other watch dealers. The staff here act like their doing you a favor. I'd only give 1 star only for the stores director but I feel he was being nice because I was looking to get a new longines or cartier for my wife. Will never purchase anything here now nor get my watch serviced here ever again. Go to Moonwatch in Hicksville instead or Roosevelt Field ADs where they work with you.
