Went in there a few months back and was helped by an extremely condescending employee named Marissa who denied my return because the hand written tag that came with my items didn't have the correct code making it "impossible" for her to find the correct price.. she told me to call customer service because she can't help me... so I asked to speak to a manager and she rudely smiled and said "I am the manager, how may I help you" luckily customer service was able to return my items for full money back within minutes and was unsure why Marissa was unable to. I almost went in there today and then I remembered that horrible experience. If they get a more professional manager I'll try to shop here again, but I can't support a business who employees that kind of waste.

Store has wide variety of clothes and styles, including name brand. There's something for everyone here! The staff were so PLEASANT. Everyone there was veery sweet. A young girl named Emma assisted me today, and she was extremely helpful and very kind. One of my best experiences with an employee! I would definitely shop here again, specifically this location because of how great the employees are. Overall great experience, amazing start to being able to shop in-store.

The staff was very welcoming. Very organized and professional. Ask for Marissa she helped me and my family pick out great outfits for our vacation. My kids had a great time trying on different outfits that Marissa picked out she was very patient with them and kept them laughing and smiling. It made our shopping experience a lot less stressful with 3 kids. Will be back for sure!

I went in to find the best surprise birthday gift for my son, I had no idea what to buy him until this young man named Norman helped me pick the perfect adidas outfit for my son. Will be going again soon( Laura the manager was nice!)

Ask for Norman! He's awesome, funny, and knows how to sell. I'm going to start coming to tillys more often because he's so into his job and everyone should be like him. And Samantha the manager is very cool.

Applied for a job there and got an interview, however I was discriminated against big time due to my minor stutter. I asked the manager if I could do a 1:1 interview and ignored the emails and didn't even acknowledge me when I came back into the store to shop. The store is very crooked.

Manager is a racist, treats the employees poorly. I did work there no longer due to the mistreatment. Gives only her favorite employees hours, which happens to be a men cause she hates women. And the ones she doesnt like she would give nothing to. Even selling four thousands worth of products she just blew it off cause i am white. no i myself am not a racist, she is a damn sexists and a racist. Thinks all the white girls that work there come from money and makes comments if they do. it is wrong on many levels for a manager to act that way towards her "Employees". AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO SAYS IT EITHER SO THIS IS NOT SLANDER IT IS THE DAMN TRUTH. If you consider working at a tillys, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY TO THIS ONE CAUSE IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU ARE WHITE GIRL.
