I was told to go here by recommendation from my daughter's in-laws. I have bought a few things and had some repairs done. Sam and his staff are wonderful, honorable, honest people. He has beautiful things on display. I only wish I could've bought more. I also found the jewelry to be very reasonably priced. Truly a beautiful store. Moving forward in any future purchases I can say, this will be my go to store.

Sam and The Karat Shop were recommended to me by another longtime customer. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a "How can I help you today?" The selection is huge or they'll custom design a piece and there is a price point for every budget. Regardless of the price point of what I was looking for or needed, the service from everyone has always been top notch. I am always given the proper attention and the courtesy of Sam and his team's patience and knowledge. Thank you!

Sam is a one of a kind, stand up guy - I will only be buying my jewelery from him for now on. From the moment I met him, he was honest, kind and, it was never about him trying to sell me something. They do repairs, cleanings, and have an unbelievable selection of jewelry. The service here is unmatched & I can HIGHLY recommend making this your go to jewelry spot for repairs and everything else involving jewelry!! 10/10 best service I've had in a VERY long time !!!

Such a warm and welcoming place. I first went to the Karat Shop to fix a clasp on my necklace. Sammy fixed it extremely quickly and for a WAY more affordable price than I could have gotten anywhere else. My husband and I also recently went and purchased a ring, and everyone working was so pleasant and helpful throughout. Would 100% recommend for any and all jewelry needs!

I have been going to The Karat shop for many years. They are always the most helpful and knowledgeable people. The store has a nice selection. From 18 k gold to beautiful diamonds. The owner Sam is a very honest businessman . It has been a local establishment for a long time and you will be in good hands!

Sam and his staff are amazing people. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. I love to come here with my husband every Christmas and birthday! The prices are fair and the merchandise is beautiful. The repairs are fantastic too. Will continue to come for years to come. Great store to have in Huntington!

Where to begin? I used the Karat Shop based off of previous recommendations and they did not disappoint. Sam was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Everyone in this store is amazing! The staff was extremely personable and they took the time to get to know my fiancé & I while we were trying to select our wedding bands. Beautiful selection and exceptional service. I shopped here as a little girl, my husband continued the tradition and bought my engagement ring here. That was 20 years ago and we still love it. I went in recently with an idea of what I wanted for small hoop earrings and they took the time to help me find exactly what I had in mind. We love this shop and will continue to come back again and again.
