we recently had our closet done by huntington closet and we couldn’t be happier.Our consultant Stephanie was a huge help.she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in designing a closet that maximized all of our space.the installers were quick, thorough and meticulous and the final product was awesome.ty again to stephanie for making our experience a great one.A++++

WOW! I am so happy with the outcome of my cabinets. It was exactly what I have been looking for this whole time that other places couldn’t give me. I was very picky and the entire team was so patient and did exactly what I wanted. Never going anywhere else!!!

Wow I cannot say enough about how great my experience went. From the consultation to the job being done at home everyone was very professional and kept me in the loop the whole way. First time ever getting a job like this done and my wife and I couldn’t be happier by the turnout. Job was done in timely manner as promised and the outcome couldn’t have been better. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I went with Huntington Closet at the recommendation of our contractor. Since all of his recommendations worked out very well, I just went with them without vetting any other company. That’s my fault. 12 of my closets were done. I had a slight issue with a linen closet (shallow shelving - can’t fit many towels) and a major issue with the pantry. I wanted L shaped shelves. I did approve the design and signed the contract. When given the plans, you see a 2D version of it. Looks great! I was never offered a 3D version of our plans. If I had seen it, I never would have approved the pantry design. I consider myself educated but I didn’t realize I had to examine the plans and measure everything on my own before approving it. I ended up with what looks like ikea cabinets thrown in there. No L shaped shelves, no fillers. According to Huntington Closets, L shaped shelves are more expensive and not really something they like to do because in the end , they don’t get much for it.The pantry has a slight angle in the wall and they were not able to accommodate that space well. I was told a filler could be used. Except none were used. Once the closets were installed, I contacted the company right away. Their response was that they could only fix half of it (not by the angled wall) with an ADDED COST. If I was going to pay them again and they couldn’t re do the entire pantry, why use them again? I also inquired about removing the shelving so it could be re-done. Well, thats $250 per hour. There is absolutely no “make it right” policy or mentality. We are so disappointed with their policy that we would never recommend them. We will be having another closet company come and re do it.During the consult with a second company, they mentioned the pantry wasn’t even installed correctly. The shelving of the pantry is removable. The bottom shelf is removable and not secure. That bottom shelf is supposed to be screwed in for stability. there is no stability for the bottom of our pantry. The bottom piece of our pantry moves side to side! Over time, it would begin to bend.The 10 other closets seemed to come out okay. It would have been nice if they “made it right” but I highly doubt they’d do that.Edit: took the pantry down in less than 45 minutes myself without spending another $250. Shelves also had chips in them.

I've done three major projects with Huntington Closet in the past two years. Like their website statement, these projects ranged from Montauk to Manhattan. The scope of work ranged from closets, mudrooms, desk units and bath shower doors. Our consultant Kristina B. was the best. She was on site to make sure all the plans/layouts and dimensions were correct from start to installation. They really maximized and made all the spaces so organized/efficient. Their work is top notch and integrated well with the general contractors on the projects.I would highly recommend Huntington Closets & Cabinets.Paul H.

Great company! I shopped 4 other competitors before I decided to go with this company. Lorie was my designer for my 10 ft reach in closet for my bedroom. She was fantastic and accommodating . The quality of their product was excellent, dovetail joints on the cabinet draws, Self closing draws and the Melamine material black color beautiful.Above all customer service and installers polite and accommodating.Extremely competitive pricing within my budget.My wife and I are very happy with the finish product.Anthony & Joann Donofrio

I worked with Erin to design my master and three children’s closets. Everything came out beautifully, and when I had questions or suggestions for changes, they were all accommodated for. I even ended up needing more shoe shelves and Erin delivered personally! I wish I had done all my closets at the time and will definitely be utilizing again in the future

Kristina was an excellent salesperson, however the rest of the company’s customer service was awful. I was told they are simply following the owner’s instructions. If I would’ve known this, I would’ve never purchased from them. One example is that when I asked for a simple courtesy call when the installers are on their way and they said that that was impossible. In addition, I was not told how to prepare for installation. The product is good but the company is not run well nor cares about satisfying the customer.

We renovated an entire home with multiple closets and shower doors as well. Errors made and the owner was completely arrogant. We would never work with them again. We are finishing our basement with a complete wall of closets and wouldn’t consider giving them the business.
