This was our first vet visit for our new puppy. We were very happy with the staff of the office. They were nice and helpful. Dr Pat was terrific. We are new patients of the dog and he took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions and concerns. We were not sure about the 45 minute drive there but it is worth it. Thanks.

Dr. Baffa is the best Veterinarian in Long Island! Nervous after moving to Long Island looking for a new family Vet, she came recommended by a friend and thank goodness! So happy to have found a trusted veterinarian again!

Staff was unfriendly and ver I’ve been using for 13 years introduced themselves to me. Felt like my pet was just a number and they didn’t care. When i told the vet about the experience and rudeness of the office staff, she didn’t care, apologize or anything. My dog deserves better than that!

Love Dr Baffa she helped my frenchie heal from a back injury she took her time and came to the best possible treatment without long term meds or surgery very thorough and kind definitely recommend the staff is also very friendly and compassionate thank you ♥️

i can’t even put into words how amazing the animal center li really is. we came here after finding a mama dog and her 7 pups in a field down in north carolina. we drove them back to new york with no idea what to do next. after being referred to the animal center and being told they were willing to help we had some hope, little did we know they would exceed our expectations by miles. they got them all in on the first day we came back and tended to their every need. the staff here at the animal center are really something special. their dedication and love for what they do is so evident in how they treat their patients. none of this rescue would have been possible without all of them so again i can’t thank them enough for what they did. if anybody is looking for a great vet, look no further because they are the best of the best. so much love and gratitude for the animal center li❤️

Great staff that truly cares for your pets. Vet Patrick Lanzarone is honest, respectful of your thoughts and concerns for your pet and is not pushy like other vets regarding vaccines or medications. Would highly recommend this office if you’re in need of a new Vet!

Sad little factory. The promise of "anytime" nail-clipping is a farce - to keep the line moving I was told that my puppy's 5-month old nails "looked fine" as they were. Today I called to say my puppy was having trouble breathing and was told to bring her in next Wednesday (6 days from now). Never again.

Dr Pat was AMAZING!!! We moved to Florida and have been having issues with our puppy—we went through extensive testing with the vets in Florida with absolutely no answers. The vets in FL refused to allergy test him when requested because that “wasn’t what was wrong”. Dr Pat took my puppy in on very short notice to get him in for allergy testing because he said that was very likely the cause of everything —AND HE WAS RIGHT!!! My dog is allergic to sooo many things and no other vet would test my dog because he was “too young”. I am very thankful for Dr Pat, as my puppy could’ve been suffering from GI issues a lot longer had it not been for him!!!
