I went to get my Father old watch fixed and he did a great job. He also fixed my old Father-in-law watch. They were very old Bulova watch and he did a great job. Was pricey but did a great job I was very happy. He also put batteries in some of my other watch and clean them up. I was very happy with the service.

Great customer service from the gentleman who works here, he was so friendly and honest. I gave him my watches to replace the batteries for and he started working on them there and then. Fast and efficient in 10 mins. Thank you

Very unprofessional. I came to this place to have the capacitor in my citizen watch replaced. I called and he answered the phone by saying hello and not by saying sunrise watches, so I had to ask if this was sunrise watches and he said yes.(He did this every time I called) I left the watch there for a couple of days for repair, then I came to pick it up after he had called and said it was finished and when I got there I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to show up. A person from another store came to tell me he would be back soon. (This place is in the center of an aisle in the mall its not an actual store space) When he gave me the watch back he didn't even have the time set. I paid cash and he didn't even give me a receipt. I told him I was interested in getting a certain type of watch band and if he had one or could get one. He said he could probably order it, I asked how much would it cost and he couldn't give me an answer and said to come back later. I got to my car and went to set the time and noticed these 2 deep scratches on the back cover from when he removed it to replace the capacitor. I bought this watch brand new and keep it in the box it came with and never scratched or damaged this watch. I called him and told him about the scratches he had left on my watch and he told me it happens and the back of the watch is tight and hard to come off. He asked what do I want to do and I told him I want it repaired or replaced and he said he'll see. If I could give no stars I would. I came to this place because I read good reviews and it was close to me. Hopefully this review will give people fair warning about this guy and what to expect.

They have beautiful watches and the person working there is very very helpful. I also purchased a few watches there and change lots of batteries. The prices there are really great. If you need a good watch at a great price that’s the place to go.
