Just had two dining room chairs reupholstered. They came out fantastic. Dealt with Sherry and she was wonderful as well as any other staff I met. There’s a great selection of fabrics and the workmanship is just perfect. Will be using again. Terrific shop

I recently had a wonderful experience working with Sherry Vaders at Suite Pieces. From the selection of wallpaper for our bathroom, fabric for cornices for our bedroom and a Roman shade for the bathroom, Sherry was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She was also able to recommend and coordinate the various craftsmen who were terrific as well and kept us apprised of progress throughout the process. I would highly recommend her and would look forward to working with her again!!

I recently worked with Sherry who helped me select wallpaper for my 2 bathrooms. It didn't take long for her to zero in on my taste and point me to samples I'd like. I selected wallpaper for both bathrooms quickly and Sherry made note of both making my second visit quick and easy to order. It didn't take long for all wallpaper rolls to arrive. I love them!!On a second note, the store had various merchandise, both new and vintage, for sale that I purchased a lot for my home and log cabin upstate!! I love Suite Pieces and highly recommend Sherry and staff.....they all couldn't be more helpful!!

These guys helped us with wallpaper and drapes/fabric for our new homes. Sherry was amazing, she spent so much time with me going thru options and made hugely helpful suggestions as the decisions can be a bit overwhelming. They have beautiful fabric! And the shop does amazing work. I’d recommend them to anyone as they are totally full service.

Consumer beware. The owner purchased this business from the Aboff's Design Center in Glen CI've, but it is NOT the same business. I had worked with Aboff's for almost a decade on several high-end design projects. The staff were always knowledgeable, helpful, and customer-oriented. By contrast, the staff here are pushy and greedy. This business requires a 100% deposit on all orders, something I have never experienced as a consumer of luxury design. I recently needed help returning three double rolls of Thibaut grasscloth- valued at $1500 before tax and shipping- which Thibaut graciously agreed to take back with a reasonable 30% restocking fee. Rather than refund my money, Suite Pieces insisted I settle for a $1038 store credit to use on their overpriced merchandise. No thanks! I now have an open dispute with my credit card company. What a headache! I'm so disappointed that Aboff's decided to sell, but luckily we have plenty of other options on Long Island.

Very disappointed! I had paid for measurements for window shades through Aboff's and was given a deal where the cost of the measurements would be reduced from a minimum purchase price. However, the design studio was then taken over by Suite Pieces and they will not honor the deal. This is clearly unfair and they have lost a customer. Do not recommend!

Suite Pieces took over the HunterDouglas window treatment business from Aboff's where we bought our Duette top-down/bottom-up cellular shades in 2007. In 2020 one of the shades needed to be returned to H-D by Aboff's to be restrung due to wear and tear over 13 years which I paid for, including shipping. Now, only a year and a half later, one of the strings has frayed preventing the top right section from locking in place causing it to sag. Obviously, the repair was not done well. I contacted Aboff's and was told to take it to Suite Pieces. Matt at Suite Pieces photo'd the frayed cord and the repair label, contacted H-D, and persuaded them to pay for the repair at their authorized blind/shade repair facility, Instant Verticals, in Farmingdale. I really appreciated Suite Pieces' going to bat for me in convincing H-D to pay the cost of repair and it's good to know that H-D stands by its products.

This place has everything and anything. A lot of the items sold there are refurbished, handmade, hand painted and unique. Boho, vintage, antique. Highly recommend this shop.
