This is a fantastic business. Everyone is genuine and extremely helpful. They put in extra effort to get my car repair done before I had to go back to work so I wouldn't have to spend money on a rental car. I would highly recommend going here if you're looking for a body shop.

Perfect experience with Star Car!I unfortunately was in a car accident. Bobby the owner and the entire staff was so genuine, detailed, kind and honest. They went above and beyond anticipated all my needs.Took care of everything from the insurance company to the car rental.My vehicle came back spotless inside and out with a full tank of gas.It was a breath of fresh air to see a business take pride in their work with integrity! Make sure you get every detail in writing before deciding to use this shop. Otherwise, you will not get your car back repaired exactly how you expected them to do the work. Would not recommend this shop.

I finally found a place that can help me without the angst doubt or worry. I say this strongly being a female, a lot of women can relate to this they really take care of you. You don’t need to bring your dad or your brother. I know that sounds silly but truth from past experiences.Whether it’s Personal or no-fault or through insurance they did everything for me. ( they’ll even help you with the towing ) All I had to do was show up and everything was a success. Very happy . I’m stressed out enough. It’s nice when somebody can literally just take care of you and you come and everything’s done. She even had the Rent-A-Car come to them and pick me up . She took care of everything. Her name is Cathy and I thank her so much!Need more places like that. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such great service like this that I actually had to bring them some beautiful cookies to just say how much I appreciated it.

I take my car all the way to this shop from Oakdale because I trust them to do honest work. I've had a couple of automobile incidents in the last few months that landed me in need of a body shop, and they impressed me so much the first time that I had my insurance tow my new vehicle to them even tho there were certainly closer shops by me.A couple of months ago, when my jeep was hit, it was a close call on weather or not it was safe to repair or of we should call it totaled. Instead of taking a 10 grand job, the owner was honest and told me that it would be safer to declair it a loss, which I really appreciated. I loved that jeep and definitely could have been talked into fixing it if he told me it was a smart idea. His exact words to me were "If I didn't feel safe giving my daughter this car to drive, I won't give it to you either." So obviously when my xterra I replaced it with got into a fender bender, I knew exactly where I was taking it.I absolutely reccomend this shop anyone in need of bodywork, Bob is great! They really seem to care about their customers as individuals, instead of just money, and they even gave my truck back to me cleaner then when I dropped it off! 10/10 service!
