Nothing like getting yelled at in front of everyone bc I was accidentally standing in the wrong place in a counterintuitive queue arrangement. The big guy working there really ego-tripped feeling good yelling at someone first thing in the morning. Be careful where you stand!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Amazon returns center is quick and efficient. Staff seems to want to get you out quickly, huge plus.

This Staples has the friendliest, most helpful staff that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They're always eager to be of service, and I go out of my way to mail my packages from this location because their customer service is impeccable.

Copy center so rude and unhelpful. On Monday they gave me one email to send my order to, today I emailed the same email and when I called to find out the status the "manager" told me that email hasn't been used in years and he just got back from vacation and doesn't work in copy and can't get my order printed the same way I did it on Monday. I spend hundreds of dollars on this order on Monday and wanted it repeated and they couldn't make it happen easily for me. I am taking my business else where since they can't get their ordering system together.

Mike in the printing center at Staples is AMAZING. He printed all the signage for my bridal shower and wedding and everything came out perfect! He is efficient, thorough, funny, and so beyond helpful — Staples is VERY lucky to have him. If you need help printing literally anything, Mike is your guy!

The staff that works at the Amazon drop off was really nice and helpful. The cashier was really nice and didn’t judge us for wanting to use the coupon we got for dropping a package off and even helped to make sure we got the max amount of items for the best price.

I had a big return to send to UPS, and I wasn’t sure if UPS alone could print out a label for me, so I went to Staples in Huntington. I can’t recommend them more! I couldn’t get the item I was returning out of my car, because of the weight of it, so an associate came outside and took it out of my car, and then another associate helped me through the return process, including getting the box and setting up basically the entire return, making the whole process much easier for me. 100% will recommend to anyone who gets frustrated with returns!!
