These guys got recommended to me by 3 separate people who did not know each other at all. I understand why. Gene was patient, and did not over charge for his labor. The job he did was beyond what I expected (installed coated calipers to help rust) and was done in one day! Would recommend to anyone in the area!Service: Steering & suspension repair

You would be hard pressed to find a better mechanic! Trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, reliable and so much more. I moved away from NY and found another mechanic in my state, a very good one, but not John! The new guy had big shoes to fill after going to Springfield for years! He is still my go to mechanic when in NY and I recommend him to any family or friends still living there. If you want to be treated right, have expert service from a mechanic that won't swindle you, then Springfield Service Ctr is the place to go and John is the mechanic to see!!!!

My car engine light was on for the last 7months afteR a bad job performance. From another place. After taking my car to have it diagnosed to few places including the car dealership without any success. I took my car to Springfield and the problem was resolved . The owner took his time to repair and fix the issue. As well as explaining step by step to me . I am so happy , I can finally drive my car with some peace of mInd . Thank you so much for your help and input . I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
