When Sharon used to work here, this store was great and her charming personality and genuine kindness always made me come back. She would also discount jewelry that was obnoxiously priced since the items there are either costume jewelry or plated/dipped. Nothing in there are real metals except for silver. So I have bought many pieces of jewelry there in the past and just recently I put several pieces of "silver angel" (an unheard of brand nowhere to be found online) bracelets on hold being told during my initial visit that I would get a discount since I was purchasing more than one piece. The prices here are obviously marked up to ridiculous prices. You can buy real gold for the prices they sell their costume jewelry for. Anyway, when I went back the second time, I chose two of the several bracelets I had placed on hold and when I asked for the discount the nasty elderly woman refused to give it to me. She also added that "silver angel" does not sell to the public and another associate said that the brand is not imprinted in the jewelry. They also do not disclose any information about the brand... weird. So after useless arguing I asked to take a picture of the sku numbers of both bracelets and the same lady didn't want to but I kept insisting firmly while another friendlier associate told me I could. I'm never shopping there again. No one is stupid enough to buy their jewelry at full price, at least I'd hope not.

Wasn't greeted when entering the store- took a good 10 mins to be noticed. Knew what I wanted but the associate kept trying to sell me something else. Upon checkout I had to ask for the receipt- sales associate didn't want to give it to me.

Talk about stuck up sales people! This store is the worst. You would think they worked at Tiffany's. the lack of customer service is appalling. I went there for Alex and Ani but was extremely frustrated by the lack of knowledge of the salesperson. I was so frustrated that I went to Bloomingdales where the salesperson was not only knowledgeable but friendly too!

I always get great service here! If you are a Crislu fan this is the place to go, and Sophie Reese often offers a 25% discount on their pieces. I made the mistake of going to a competing accessories boutique in Commack...they carry Crislu as well, but only at full price and refused to match Sophie Reese's price or even discount their regular retail price slightly--needless to say, I went right back to Sophie Reese to buy the exact same pieces for 25% off and I'm very happy. I've also purchased Alex Woo and Alex and Ani pieces here as well; I always walk away with a smile. I won't stray again! :)
