I’ve been coming to this salon on and off for almost 24 years. Mary is INCREDIBLE! Her goal in life is making ALL women feel beautiful. She takes her time and makes you feel good. I admire her for her ability to better herself professionally. She is not only one of the best hairstylists in Huntington, she is also aesthetician and in less than a year will also be a nurse. Thank you Mary.

I booked my daughter and all her bridesmaids wedding here. They did make up, hair, etc. and everyone in the weeding party was extremely happy with the results. Thank you so much Shear Honesty! You ladies are phenomenal! You put your hart and soul into your work and it shows through with amazing results. ❤️

All I can say is WOW! This salon exceeded my expectations. I went in with a vision for my hair that no other hair salon could accomplish but Gina did it! She left my hair looking not only beautiful but healthy as well. She is patient and listens to everything you tell her. Also, the salon itself is so clean and the decor is beautiful!! It was a relaxing experience.

Mary is an Amazing person She is exploding with energy and love for her clients. And just sitting there for a while, you can see the loyalty and friendship between she and them. They offer a wide variety of Salon/Esthetic services for which her clients come from all over. I highly recommend this business, the owner, and all of her lovely and welcoming staff. Sheer Honesty is honestly amazingThe shop is proffessional and the pricing is great considering the top quality hair care that you receiveMary my colorist knows what she is doing the color is extremely complimentary and the spiral perm she gave me is luchious.My husband loves the new look and says it’s the best hair style I have ever had.He doesn’t care how much it cost me to beautify myself because it makes him happy that I am looking the best I can for him.Trust the staff there they really care about making you stunning and pleased with their services. It makes them feel good to please you. I hope that you take your appearance seriously and come out looking as attractive as I have. May God take you to higher ground this year. He did it for me and He will definitely do it for you. God bless!

Nice to customers, but unfortunately I didn’t get what I wanted :( . I asked for layers, but my hair ended up being cut unevenly. Given my hair is naturally curly/wavy that kinda makes it worse. A little overpriced as well. I’ve gone to better places that charge way less. Overall, I did not get the best experience with the actual hair cut itself.

We had a 1pm appointment, we weren’t seated until 1:30pm. If you can’t honor the appointment time, then don’t agree to it. The owner kept taking her sweet time with an existing client, yapping away, completely negligent to the fact that there is another customer waiting. But when we sat down the owner took great care, was kind and polite, and did what we asked for.

I have been coming to Shear Honesty for about 15 years now and absolutely love the salon and the stylists . As soon as you walk n the door you’re welcomed by name and feel like your home. Mary and Bina are so amazing and make you feel absolutely Beautiful . I HIGHLY recommend this salon for all that it has to offer .

Mary did my hair and add way more dimension into my hair and fixed my color that I previously had. She made my hair exactly what I wanted and did a 10/10 job. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!!!
