Visited this this Sephora location recently. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I need. The store is well-organized and stocked with a wide range of products. I love that they offer complimentary makeup consultations and have a clean and inviting atmosphere. Whether I'm shopping for myself or seeking advice, this Sephora never disappoints!

In the many times that i have purchased cosmetics I have never felt so comfortable to ask questions and be educated on the product without feeling so silly. Anthony sephora mellvile helped guide me on the products that are so limited for my skin tone with ease. Phenomenal doesn’t even describe his customer service. He went above and beyond in a world that is saturated with cosmetics he helped cusomized a plan for my skin regimen without overwhelming me.Standing Ovation!

I recently visited Sephora to return a mascara that I had purchased but was not satisfied with it as it kept smudging under my eyes. The lady (Charliese) assisting with returns was very skilled. She convinced me to try another brand that she personally uses and assured me that it would not have the same issue. I have noticed that this mascara doesn't smudge like the previous one. I am going to continue using it and see if it meets my expectations. I appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff at Sephora, and I am happy with the alternative product they recommended.

I go frequently to this time because it's close to me, I made an appointment for Saturday the 6th and I was going to have a full face done, but my experience was horrible, apart from the fact that I asked something to the girl at the checkout, she spoke to me with attitude, and the person who did my makeup also came with her bad attitude, because my English is not that good, and he told me I don't speak Spanish with a bad attitude!! Now I'm going to talk about terrible makeup, I didn't put any foundation on, it went away after 10 minutes, very bad.

I came to this Sephora location to look for a tinted moisturizer. Kathleen suggested a skin scan and we found the perfect product for me! Lauren provided amazing service by answering all my questions and guiding me to find everything I needed. She couldn't have been more helpful! I had a great experience visiting this store.

I go to this sephora frequently since it’s the closest to me. Today i asked one of the workers if she’d help me find a color match for a foundation. She then proceeded to apply it onto my mother’s face with her bare hands. Super unprofessional and unsanitary. Really hope this isnt something they do regularly.

This is definitely my #1 stop in the mall, however the store is unorganized at times and testers are tampered with and left messy
Gets very crowded also so definitely not my favorite location but it’s not bad if you’re already in Walt Whitman

I needed help purchasing a mascara and couldn’t find the right one. Luckily I had one of the sweetest and kindest SA, Lauren, help me find the perfect mascara for my lashes. Because of her help, I get so many compliments on my lashes. Can’t wait to shop here again!

This location sucks! The employees are no help. They don’t even know what products they sell. Every time I ask anyone for help finding a product they tell me they don’t know or they fully don’t sell the item and every time I end up finding it myself after checking the whole store. Today I went in for one thing and asked two girls talking if they had the travel size of the item I was holding. One tells me it doesn’t come in a travel size and the other says she’s not sure. I insure them it does come in a travel size, that it says travel size on the sign and everything and the girl who was unsure told me check in minis. It is currently Black Friday and the register where minis is held is PACKED so how am I supposed to go check in minis…… They didn’t help me at all, they never moved from where they were standing so I left.
