DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! If I could give it a zero star I would. The owner of this business is rude and does not know how to keep loyal customers and show them respect. He obviously doesn’t know how to run a successful business as the business runs on customers.

What a lovely place for a haircut! Got mine done a few weeks ago and it was a very relaxing experience! The woman who shampooed my hair was gentle and thorough and the stylist was very concerned with my comfort due to me having rather long hair and just wanting a trim and layers. I have had some horrible hair cutting experiences in my past so coming here was a breath of fresh air! 5 stars!

Been coming here for over 7 years but today I was 12 minutes late. Appointment was at 11:30. I arrived and was told if I'm 20 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled so I can't have my haircut. So the math is not making sense. I kept telling her it's been 12 minutes, she looks at the clock and she kept repeating the same thing like a robot. Very disrespectful and waste of time. I will never come again.

drove up and saw the employee sitting doing absolutely nothing. When i came in ans asked to do eyebrows a ( 10 min process) she refused me service because it was appointment only.
