I went to get a third piercing. Unfortunately for unforeseen and totally not worth the time to explain why I was late to my appointment.That’s o e plus, that you could go on the website and schedule your appointment at your convenience. But they were so kind and took care of me anyway.They explained everything to me and gave me time to decide what I wanted and were very patient.When I finally decided, I sat in the chair and explained what I was looking for and he marked and remarked and remarked until we agreed on the spots and I always asked for his opinion but he said I’ll do whatever you want, what makes you happy.Which was so nice.They were amazing and explained the aftercare and it was a less painful experience for me and his patience helped.Thank you for all of that.I highly recommend Rowan’s place.I also looked around and they have some beautiful things in there too.

Fabulous experience. I let my pierced ears close up 15+ years ago because they were always irritated.I thought I would need them to be re-pierced. Instead, the nurse was able to gently re-open them with no piercing and no pain whatsoever. She refused to charge us for the service. I am now happily wearing 2 pairs of cute earrings I bought from them. No irritation at all!

Amazing experience! My friend and I were really nervous about getting our piercings but the ladies were super nice and comforting especially Brianna! Will definitely be back :)

Service was great. I wanted to too for just the service but when giving the option to tip it was a %%%of the whole price which included the earrings purchase, tax and the cleaning supply purchase. That’s not right! And it ended up being very costly as I did want to leave a tip. No option to fill in my own amount.

I got my ears pierced with Lindsay. 4 holes all together. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable and precise. She explained the process in detail. I highly recommend her.

We recommend this location. The space was very clean and colorful. Nurse Kay made my 3 year feel at ease about the whole procedure. She was very patient, kind and detailed. We got both ears pierced simultaneously to save both my daughter and nurse the trouble.

Took my 8 month old to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. Very clean studio with a private room and licensed nurses doing the piercing - felt like a doctors office. The nurse, Kayana, took her time to carefully mark my baby's ears and make sure the piercings were even. Everything went well and they thoroughly explained the aftercare instructions. Would definitely recommend them for a baby or young child.

Took my 6 month old daughter to get her ears pierced and had a lovely experience. The space itself was so pretty and most importantly clean. We had Nurse Marissa who was sooo friendly. She kept making my baby smile and made sure the marks for the hole were even. She explained to my husband how to hold our daughter and was very gentle with the piercing itself. My daughter only cried for a little bit which was to be expected. Overall had a great experience and highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience! The workers/nurses were so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. It may be a bit pricey but it truly worth it for the care and service they provide. Will definitely be coming back to purchase some earrings for when my piercings fully heal!

I brought my daughter here today to get her ears pierced since I read good reviews. It definitely lived up to my expectations and their service was great and they taught her how to care for it to avoid an infection. Totally recommended!

I went here out of word of mouth from a friend. these people were useless. when I asked for help to try earrings on they said I’m not allowed to put them in because if they broke skin they wouldn’t be able to sell them. I literally wanted to buy the earrings. I was there for 25 minutes and they never offered up any help and were rude from the start. They put such a bad name and coldness to nurses. I ended up walking over to kay jewlers and got actual gold earrings that you didn’t have to buy individually and I got a warranty and kind workers to sell it to me for the same price as Rowan’s plated ones. Best of all I was able to get these earring in quick. Their service was terrible. Three people standing around doing absolutely nothing. So yeah idk take you’re kids here to get your ears pierced but as an adult go somewhere else to buy earrings

Brought my daughter for her second piercing and was shocked with how professional and thorough the lady was. Would definitely go back. She took her time and made sure the holes were even and in the right spot!!
