When my push mower stopped running, the guys at Prestige were very helpful, friendly and honest with me. They gave me great tips for getting and storing fuel, and went out of their way to prevent me from wasting my money on things I didn’t need. My mower was fixed at a very reasonable price. I’ll be coming back to this place as long as I live on Long Island.

Exellent purchase Experience. I brought a 34 inch Toro Timecutter Zero turn ride on . Patrick and Chris were great they went over the machine with me gave me a lesson on driving it and later , They dropped it off at my house . I felt bad however later I wanted a bagger for the machine which Chris said he’d try and get they seemed difficult to find the Toro sight said unavailable. So I spoke to Chris again and his sales rep was still working on it. Unfortunately I was impatient and worried I wouldn’t be able to find one so I started calling and found one and purchased it that same day Chris called me he had gotten one from the same dealer but i had already purchased it. It was my fault in hind sight I should have called him immediately to tell him I had found one but he was a gentleman about it and was pleasant about it since he had purchased that one for me and was stuck with it. I offered to reimburse him for his loss but he refused to take my money Chris is a very honorable person who I hope to do business with again.

If you want to deal with an honest guy with prices competitive with buying online go to prestige. Very experienced and knowledgeable. I was looking for a chainsaw and after all the Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s research without a solution, Chris provided everything in ten minutes at the same price! Plus advice on proper gas and oil etc. My go-to guy from now on for all my equipment needs.

I bought a Toro snow blower based on Chris's recommendation. He could have sold me a larger blower but sold me one that is exactly to my needs. The blower was delivered by UBS. UBS clearly has damaged the package and the blower had a bend in the handle bar and missing parts. I took the blower to Chris and he replaced all the bent and missing parts and set the blower up so it is ready for use. it is on rare occasions that you find a local business that goes beyond to help. I will be buying any future too.s from Chris and using him to service my existing tools.
