After spending about 10k here within a year one would this company would care about their customers. Clearly not... I was given the modern farmhouse outdoor shower as a gift. I couldn't believe how cheaply made it was. The metal pipe is extremely fragile and the fittings are made of cheap metal. It broke and there is absolutely no way of repairing it. After the awful experience with the delivery of my dining room set, I was promised some kind of compensation.. which I never called upon until the cheaply made outdoor shower fell apart. I called the store to see if they could help. It sure didn't seem like it, and weeks later I still haven't gotten a call back. I would never buy or recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company. It's cheaply made garbage.

Why is it so badly stocked. Nothing is available. Or they don’t have the size. Or the color. Someone in management ought to look at supply and demand issues here. The entire Lilly of the valley line was sold out so quickly. Who is the buyer making these bad decisions.

People who work there are imbeciles. We were looking to pick up three bedroom sets and outdoor furniture. They tell you one thing one week and change their whole tune the next time you go in. They promised us a 10% discount as new home owners and when we returned they said that that was not the case. They wasted our time. Also, the two elderly ladies with the glasses and white hair have zero personalities. Like talking to a pile of bricks. Stay away from this location. Taking my business to another store.

Pottery barn quality has fallen over the years but I keep finding myself back looking at their stuff. Don’t waste your time at this location it’s severely undersized and has limited supplies to see. Walked thru the whole store for 15 minutes not 1 person walked over to talk to use. Back to RH, Crate, and Arhaus I guess.

I must give 0 stars to this business due to the lack of responsibility and unpunctuality, I placed an order with 3 merchandise on August 12, 2023 and until today I am waiting for one of the 3 merchandise that the order came with, I called to request a refund oh the merchandise back at the same price that I bought it and no, what they did was that they canceled my order and they do not want to refund the money for the two things that I already received and I am willing to return, because they are intact, I have not uncovered them waiting for the third merchandise that never arrived. They are irresponsible.

This review is for the store and customer service that resolved an issue we had. My wife and I went to this store to look at sofas, and the sales representative was very patient and helpful. We ordered two matching slope arm sofas in upholstery. The delivery was received on time, in about 5 weeks. However, one of the sofas had water stains on it. I spoke to customer service supervisor Arty, and he came up with the solution of re-upholstering the sofa. The sofa was taken back and re-upholstered and delivered back within a week and a half just in time for something we had planned. The sofas looked great. i recommend them.

To be fair, I have picked up a with excellent customer care from two different entry workers. Then I ordered a final sale tree stand for 69.00; for safe product delivery, I had it sent to the store. The woman who got my order doesn't belong in retail. She stood there looking at me while I opened the package and never ask or tried to help. There was a photo frame I was interested for Christmas pic but I felt like I would go off if I looked this person in the eyes again. Her condescension was enraging. I thought I could buy on line. Unfortunately, it must have been clearance or a return because it wasn't on the site. And to make matters worse, you have to complaint to the store, to the location for which you have the issues. Sad to say, I am sure she was the manager and was bothered I interrupted the employee chat for MY delivered pick up.

This is the WORST store! They do not care about their customers at all. I purchased some items online. It was shipped to Pottery Barn and not Pottery Barn teen. Followed up to see where it was. No one knew where these items were until I called once my order was credited back to my card.I purchased these items on Black Friday when they were on sale. When I purchased them on black friday, they were $100 less. I was buying them as a gift and was happy to see I caught a sales price.Fast forward I finally get to the store to pick them up and pay again, since they canceled my order with NO notice at all. I go to pay and they are charging me FULL price (even though they are still on sale online)! She says, oh sorry there is nothing I can do, but you have a $10 reward on your account. Wow - thanks!I will never purchase anything from PB or PBT again. There are too many other retailers out there with way better customer service. You should valve your customers! If you read your google reviews and most social media posts, you could see that your service is not great.

Purchased the Folsom grand coffee table. 1750 dollars for it shipped. Random akward blotches and weird indents. I contacted to ask if this was normal was told to email pictures never got an answer. Today my son was playing with a random screw. Look under the table and what a surprise it’s the screw from the table holding it together. We never even touched the thing. Also it’s pretty much hallow. I purchased items recently from Amazon and IKEA with similar patterns for a 1/10th of the price and they are solid items. No one had the size of a similar coffee table. I regret this every day. Waste of 1750 dollars.

Horrible experience today! I made an online appointment for an online zoom free design appointment. I was called to make an in person appointment instead. The woman that called me told me to take 360 videos of our rooms that we wanted to discuss as well as all measurements. She said that someone was going to sit with us to review it all and use some "fancy" software.Going in person was less than ideal for us because Walt Whitman mall is about 30 minutes from our house and we have a baby. Nevertheless, we went this morning for a 1030 appointment and nobody was ready for us. We finally had someone come over to talk to us and honor our appointment despite there being several other people in the design department looking for a consultation. She talked to us for maybe 15 minutes standing in a crowded area. She didn't make any recommendations except for swirling our living room around. She let us leave. I was told this is supposed to be an interactive 90 minute session to go over all of my questions and concerns and that did not happen.So on my first Mother's Day weekend, we wasted our entire morning, going to, and from the place, waiting around then talking to someone for a few minutes that gave us no helpful advice or recommendations on products. What a waste of time. I don't understand why we couldn't have just did this over ZOOM?????
