Well I would not give any stars but you have to in order to give a review. I originally wrote a great review because yes I bought not one but two cars from peak and I thought they were a stand up dealership, but as it turns out they aren’t. They are scammers and they take money that belongs to the customer and they lie to your face. It’s so sad . Mike the owner is not to be trusted and James the finance guy tells you lies . DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS …. TRUST ME ….

Where do I start…..first bought car at end of APRIL and still no tag. Expires today for second time. So can’t drive the car again. Then asked if there were any scratches or dents….see pictures below of text messages and pictures. Just beware of what you’re actually getting.

The selection of vehicles is awesome and they don't put pressure on you like so many other dealerships. Every employee acknowledges you and smiles when you meet. I do not recommend using this company for your new car purchase. Salesman misleading , and customer service horrible as I purchased a car almost 2 months ago still waiting on tag. I’ve asked for them to refund my money and I will purchase tag.

Would love to give a better rating but I haven’t even had the car for 6 months and 3 months in the check engine light comes on. I call to find out what my warranty covers and I kept getting the runaround. Turns out I needed new spark plugs AND new ignition coils. I can never recommend this place to anyone.

After finding a car on Car Gurus at Peak Automotive our family looked over info, got insurance, paid deposit & waited 3days for car delivery. Unfortunately we immediately noticed noise when driving 0-25mph & brought car to Nissan dealer & advised transmission problem $6995, loose brackets, & seals. Peak advised us car warranty but company refuses to pay for repairs because car was purchased with these issues! Absolutely unacceptable that this company would do this to & we are now filing complaints with BBB & Attorney general in NY. Car was financed & because car dealer took 3-4days to deliver car after us signing papers & bcuz mileage is 137,000 for 2012 Nissan we basically got RIPPED OFF & seeking options now to express our dissatisfaction in this dealership, it’s practices & the way their staff treat customers for a SALE.
