Prices are very competitive. Service is excellent. I worked with Charles Braunstein and he was very knowledgeable, professional and very patient with me. He fed me a lot of useful information without any “pressure “ to buying or leasing. He met my needs and wants as far as the type and model of car I was looking for and he even got me the color I wanted. I wound up driving my 2024 Rogue off the lot within a couple of hours of stopping in. He also was able to make all the numbers work so I was so comfortable with the whole experience that turned down the offer to test drive the car. I love the car and will definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family. I will also tell them to ask for Charles Braunstein

Please beware of this dealership! I wish I had seen a warning about their unethical behavior before I wasted so much of my and my family's time dealing with them. I was shocked by their dishonesty and lack of courtesy. I came to this dealership to purchase a pre owned Rogue as my daughter's first car. I came to an agreement for the price with salesman, Alex Soto, which was verified and written in paperwork. I signed all of the contracts to purchase the car, put down a deposit for $3000, and got a certified check for the remainder of the cost. It was conveyed to me that the only step left was to get the license plates and pick up the car. They had a big bow put on the car and we brought my daughter to the dealership to surprise her. Alex handed her the keys and said the car was hers, and then took me inside to meet with finance manager to give him the check for the remaining balance, which was written in the contract. The finance manager, Andy Concepcion, then told me that the check did not cover the cost, and proceeded to say there were additional fees of $1995, which the general sales manager, Nick Beddoe, had said would be waived by using cash payment. Alex confirmed that the dealership clearly violated the terms of our agreement. The situation escalated to the general manager, who had only been with Nissan of Huntington for 12 days but was already aware of the major issues with the staff, including Nick Beddoe, and said that he was "taking notes." Despite knowing there were apparent problems with the dealership, the general manager made no effort to uphold the signed contract /agreed upon price, and did not even apologize to myself or my daughter, who was deceivingly told the car was hers! He refused to honor the sales contract! We had to leave empty handed.The dishonesty and lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the managers at this dealership was extremely disrespectful and simply unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for breach of contract, but I wanted to warn others so they are very cautious dealing with this dealership or, if possible, avoid it all together.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Muhammad as my car dealer, and I can't recommend him enough! He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure I understood every aspect of the deal. I called this morning about a car & he tried the old switcharoo on a car on the their site that was I was looking @ & he said his was showing a different price so he gave me his phone number so I can send him a picture of the ad and he would get back to me I'm still waiting @ 630 pm he was trying really hard to offer me different cars @ different prices with way more miles so I would stay away from them

I went to the service department two weeks ago and was refused service because I was previously "rude" to a staff member. This was completely bogus and I told them that this Turkish staff member cursed me out last time I went there. I then called the police and complained as this illegal in New York. The police came and I got a police report number. I called Nissan corporate and they said the dealership will call to apologize. They never did. I have been going to this service center since 2008 and have bought 2 nissans from them. I will be suing.
Response the police did not escort me off. I was already off. They gave me a report number. And there was no footage. These people lie.
