BEWARE!!! I came in recently for a Brazilian waxing and the entire experience was so uncomfortable. First of all, the woman, whose name I didn't get, kept telling me I have "so much hair" and showing it to me on the wax strip. In my past experiences with places like EWC they tell you the hair must be a certain length in order to wax it, so I made sure the length wouldn't be a problem before I made my appointment at this salon (about the length of a grain of rice, right?) The woman kept almost huffing and puffing as if my wax job was too much for her lol it was ridiculous. She was very heavy-handed and kept pushing the wax strip into the areas she just waxed with a lot of force. It was as if she seemed to be taking her annoyance out on me. I was the last appointment for waxing as I drive home from Brooklyn every day and had to move my appointment up to 6:30 so that I wouldn't be late. I ended up arriving at about 6:10, which is fine. I didn't mind waiting. They told me they close at 7, and I asked if it was okay and they said yes. So idk why this woman seemed to be so pissy with me. Either way, I learned my lesson. I will only take my business elsewhere and make sure others in the area do the same!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR NAILS! Do not go to here.The nail spa I usually go to was booked, so I decided to try a new place closer to my house. I called for a price on a UV Gel fill and was quoted $50. I made an appointment for the next evening. As soon as I walked in I was already suspicious. It's 5:30 on a Thursday evening and I am the ONLY customer. Once the tech had grinded off half of my nails, the owner came over to me out of nowhere to tell me that a UV fill is $65. Now I'm stuck and have to go through with it. I told her that I called the day prior and was quoted $50 by a girl and repeated her name to the owner. Her response was, "She's my teenage daughter, she doesn't know."Well, if she doesn't know, why is she answering the phone and giving pricing? In the end, all of the nails on my right hand were shorter than my left, and the tech had to extend one of them with gel because it was so much shorter than the others. I was unhappy with the final product but tipped the tech properly and left, with the intention of never returning. Here's the kicker:Within 36 hours my nails starting lifting and popping off!!!! By day five I had lost SEVEN of TEN nails!!! Some of them were lifting by the cuticle still but adhered well at the end of my nails from my prior fills, so I had to CUT THEM OFF along with my own nails.I am going to have to spend more money now to get an entire new full set.The store front had two business names on it, Glamour Nails and one other. It's the place with the Koi pond in the center of the salon. I hope this review helps at least one person save their money.Services: Sculpted nails

This salon recently changed owners and is now called Glamour Nail and spa. I never write reviews but they deserve a million stars! The salon is so clean and pretty inside and they care for each one of their customers! Upon arriving they were so kind and sat me down right away. They gave me a water bottle and started taking my polish off! They made sure I liked the color on my nails before painting all of them which was so nice. They made sure my nails were as even as they possibly could be as well. Avery did my gel manicure and Jason did my Pedicure and they did a fantastic job. Thank you guys for giving me a great experience! You are all the best!

I had so many times gel manicure and pedicure at that place. over all my rating is 8/10. I can say they're good enough. Some employees are really good, some of them fair enough, but as a result you will never have a bad experience there.Services: Nail polish changes

VERY unsatisfied, and will not be returning. My powder manicure was very sloppy. After asking if the extra product would come off, I was told it would when I was my hands. I immediately washed and scrubbed, trying to rub off turquoise powder from around my nail beds and caked underneath the nails. When I approached and commented that it was not coming off, she half heartedly wiped one spot with nail polish remover. When that also didn't remove it, I was told that after washing my hands a few times it would come off and that this always happens. She said there was nothing else she could do. I was leaving for vacation and had to spend time at home cutting off the skin to fix this problem. It completely ruined the point of getting a manicure in the first place! My daughter's manicure, done by someone else was also done quickly and carelessly. We had appointments, arrived on time, and still were rushed, without any attention to basic details. I do not and will not recommend.

Lovely atmosphere, there is a koi pond in the salon and even the sound of it makes you feel relaxed. No one rushes you and the nail artists are kind and knowledgeable. Very talented. Specialist took her time and the work she did is perfection. My nails were done by Abby.

Walked into a random salon and walked out with the best fill-in I've ever gotten. Tina made sure my nails were filed perfectly, gave me 3 coats of this clear, glass gel polish which was sooo worth the extra 5 bucks. Never going anywhere else again, highly recommend! That was my first review, first time customer. But as we know, CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Second time- an absolute disaster! I told Tina the first time, I'm veryyyy picky but I tip veryyy well. As she was doing my nails today, I said, can you make the shape rounder, match the other side? She said, wait until the end, I'm not finished. So I sat back and watched her. She finished and every one of my nails is a different length and shape and shade of color. She never compared my hands before painting to make sure they match and seemed like she was in a huge hurry. No hot towel this time, didn't tell me to wash my hands before painting and now I have pieces of sand in them. Then when she rang me up she charged me the same amount as last time even though I got them cut for an extra charge then, it should have been less. She also mentioned a points system that she failed to mention last time and didn't even explain to me this time. Not going back!

Came here for a fill in but decided to get a removal and a dip powder mani. Customer service was great and my nails, on a scale of 1 to 10 came out to be a 9 so I’m pretty happy. I had to fix the shape just a little on a few nails but everything else was literally perfect. & so reasonable as I only paid 40 bucks total!Service: Dip powder

I used to love this salon. but they will double book and waste your time. I’ve been going for months but this time was the last straw and I will not be going back. They don’t respect your time and will double book each time. I have never went there and not had to wait with an appointment. It’s quite ridiculous. I made an appointment today and she took 2 people in between me and I accumulatively waited around 30 minutes only to take my foil acetone soaks off myself and left because I didn’t have anymore time. Don’t go here unless you have time to waste. Otherwise they do a really good job. just waste of your time overall.

I don't normally go here but they do such a good job with pedicures! I informed my lady that I broke my toe nail and she was so gentle with it. She also cleaned my flip flops before putting them back on which I thought was so nice! It is always so clean here and relaxing. They never feel like they are rushing you. Def recommend for pedis!

Regular manicure and pedicure for $40.00 that is not rushed. The sound of the koi pond mixed with the music is very relaxing.
