So, I wanted to buy myself some black pants and perhaps a black vest. The store recently came under new ownership, and they put a flashy sign out front to replace the old familiar "Men's Depot". Do not be fooled. First, when I drove up to the store, I was being tailgated by another car... that turned out to belong to a Sacca sales associate. As I parked, this gentleman helped himself to a handicapped spot (note- he is NOT disabled) and raced into the store (the doors were wide open). I quickly found out why. He was the ONLY ONE THERE. This clown apparently left the store completely unlocked and unattended. Had I arrived 10 minutes earlier, I could have just walked in and had myself a free shopping spree, helping myself to anything on the shelves... That is, if there was anything on the shelves to be had. There was a shocking lack of inventory, and a far cry from the store's previous incarnation (which I shopped at successfully for years). Remember, all I needed was a pair of black pants and black vest. I am most definitely in the sweet spot for this store size-wise. There should have been tons of options. And we are no longer at a point where "supply chain" can be used as an excuse. Imagine my shock when this bumbling gent tells me: 1) there are no black elastic waist pants in my size; 2) there are no black pants of any kind in my size (again, I inhabit the "Goldilocks zone" for Big and Tall stores); and 3) they do not have any vests... at all. Perhaps someone came to the store before me, found it unoccupied, and helped themselves to the entire stock of pants and vests, LOL. Well, this will be my first... and last... time shopping here. Glad I just happened to be in the area and didn't make a special trip, or I would have been really miffed. Looks like it's DXL for me from now on. A shame, really- I was always glad to support the previous owner, who never failed to have what I needed or to give me a good deal. It did my heart good to support a local business. Not anymore.

Horrible business ethics. I received a gift card from my in-laws $500 vaule ( I told them I shop at DXL) and I went in looking for some work clothes 5 days after receiving the gift card unfortunately I didn't see anything I was interested in so I explained to him and he tried convincing me to order from a manufacturer through his business I declined and he then told me there is no refunds. He threatened to called the cops if I didn't leave his store I told him I wasn't leaving without my full refund . There was a lot of back and forth had to comeback 4 times to get my money back the way I was treated by this business owner was unacceptable and im surprised he's still open with such poor customer service.

Need an outfit quick for the same night the staff at Men's Depot were amazing. Got me into the right pair of slack and jacket in no time, hemmed the pants on the spot and pressed everything before I had to go to a family dinner. I will definitely visit again.

Best clothing store ive ever been to period. A bunch of old italian and polish guys took me to what i needed, told me what looked best, then altered the pieces to fit perfectly.

This shop is great for big and tall men, just be carefull to check that similar choices match exactly in size, as i was distracted by a hasty, but very helpful salesman: Not enough shoes, belts, underwear, and socks; but great mens ware.

Excellent experience. My husband has a hard time shopping and when he goes to big and tall chain stores hes always being helped by a young person (majority of the time not big and tall) that doesnt understand what he needs. We came to Mens Depot and we were helped by two men who understood how to fit a suit. No pressure environment, experienced staff and they have a tailor on site who does alterations. The selection is great and good prices. I highly recommend going here.

You don't find service like this anywhere else. My husband has a hard time finding clothing his size. The worst is when he goes to a big and tall chain store he always gets a young skinny kid (sometimes a young woman huh?) who doesn't understand what he needs. We came here by recommendation of a friend and it was an excellent experience. First, the men that run it know how to fit clothes on a man. They picked out items that were perfect for what my husband needed. Plus they have a tailor on site that does alterations. The atmosphere was comfortable, low pressure and the selection is great. I highly recommend. Not sure where the bad reviews came from those other reviews sound like whiney babies.

I will never set foot in this store again as long as I live. I purchased a shirt on April 2 and went to return it on April 7 and was told no refunds after 5days. According to my math(and I think to most of the intelligent world) that is 5 days,but according to men's depot it is 6 days. If anyone asks me I will tell them that men's depot is a ripoff and doesn't care about customers, only care about money!!

Anthony is such a wonderful and personable guy & my husband really enjoys buying his clothing from Mens Depot. Eddie the Tailor is an exceptional worker and gets the job done quickly. They offer a great selection from Sportswear to Mens suits and shoes.. he has it all. We appreciate the one on one customer service that we get from this store.You can find all big/tall sizes here and with the fast turnaround for a hem, why go anywhere else!!

Do not go here. The only sales guy there is Tony. The selection is old and minimal and way over priced. Believe me he is not your friend. He is so desperate to make a sale he'll tell you anything. I made an impulse purchase here and less then 24 hours later wanted a return. He adamantly refused. I was such a pest and thorn in his side he finally relented. If you have difficulty finding clothes or need a suit please do not go here. He will try and prey on you. Go anywhere else and spend your money on something you deserve. I'm not going to recommend any place however, you may want to take ride anywhere but here. Good luck.
