I always have a great experience shopping at the Lush in Walt Whitman Mall, but my visit yesterday was exceptional. Gaelen (apologies if I’m misspelling her name) noticed me browsing, and when I mentioned I was shopping for my friend’s birthday, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift. I really appreciated her assistance, especially since I hate shopping—particularly at the mall ? I usually feel stressed & awkward, and try to get in and out as quickly as possible.
Gaelen was incredibly sweet and helpful, and she made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Not only did she make sure I found the right gift for my friend, but she also gave me complimentary samples of a new scent and an old fave—so I didn’t leave without treating myself, too!
As someone who has worked in customer service (and/or with patients) for most of my life, I fully understand and appreciate how much of a difference it makes when a worker is genuinely friendly and truly wants to help. Service like this is really rare these days. Thank you, Gaelen! ??

Amazing! The workers are super nice especially Mel and Gaelen. They helped me find a scent and took their time with me. They gave so many free samples as well. Even if you aren’t buying anything ask for samples!

I absolutely love this store.The customer service is remarkable. I live over an hour away, and I will only go to this location. Every single staff member is extremely knowledgeable about the product, they are not looking to just make a sale. They are also informing you about the product. It clearly shows that it's a fantastic company to work for..Congratulations to the owners and Management you're doing it right because your staff is fantastic.Thank you once again for an extremely pleasurable experience.Maureen Engel

Everyone here is so lovely and helpful. Came in to get a birthday gift, but along the way realized I'd never seen their makeup selection before! Emil rung us up, and after chatting, gave me a little preview of the makeup they had. Even better, as we were leaving, she gave me a sample of their skin tint (which is to DIE for) and a bath bomb! Even though they were about 5 min from closing, they were so thorough and didn't rush us at all. Will def be back to test more of the makeup & get a full size of the skin tint!!

Karen is so AMAZING!!!!!! My god she helped me with Snow Fairy!!!! My daughter has an obsession with snow fairy. Karen did everything possible to try and get the product and was able to find on small snow fairy return!!! She rocks and is so wonderful !!! Please visit this location ask for Karen’s assistance. So Knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back to spend more money because of her !!!!

I was at Lush today and Michelle and Emile were so wonderful and helpful. They were attentive and so sweet to my 2yr old and 5 yr old boys who didn’t know what bath bomb to choose. They gave us a free sample and also let my oldest test a bath bomb to see if he wanted to buy it. I was so touched by the experience they were both really great people!! Lush you should be proud of your employees!! Thank you again!!

I have been shopping at this location for years and never realized how great the team actually is. As a doctor, self care is extremely important and every couple of weeks I go in to pick up the essentials and then some. I always feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone in there is so welcoming and helpful. I never feel like they are trying to push product on me but they’re always available whenever I have questions.I obviously love the products as well and currently have a Sleepy obsession. I never realized how much the team actually cares and the fact that they go the extra mile to give samples makes a difference. It’s a nice little surprise when you’re unpacking your goodies.Thank you for always taking care of me! The products are wonderful but the team at Walt Whitman Mall is the main reason I shop there.-Catherine
