On September 16, 2024, I visited the store to have a bag repaired and received assistance from Arianny. During this visit, I also purchased the speedy charm bracelet. However, a month later, I noticed that the bracelet had begun to tarnish. I contacted a client advisor via phone, who instructed me to bring the item to the store for an exchange. Upon my arrival at the store, I found it empty and was not greeted. I recognized Arianny, the associate who had sold me the bracelet, and explained the situation as advised. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue, she complicated matters by repeatedly stating that the item would tarnish even if replaced, mentioning that she needed to consult with someone else, which could take a week. Consequently, I decided to visit the Louis Vuitton store at Roosevelt Field instead, where I successfully exchanged the jewelry. The associate there not only facilitated the swap but also provided valuable advice on how to wear the piece properly. The purpose of this review is to highlight that both times I interacted with Arianny, her approach was passive-aggressive, and she demonstrated a lack of customer service skills, turning a straightforward process into a complicated one.

WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN! Took my daughter to get her first LV and wanted her to experience it herself. Walked in and was completely ignored. I asked if they had the bag and all 3 SA looked at each other as if they didn't know what I was talking about. Finally 1 moved and approached me, asked me which bag, told her and she finally brought it to us. SA Grace was extremely rude, she actually LOOKED AT US UP n DOWN. The way she responded to our questions were rude. OVERALL experience was a complete fail, felt so bad that my daughter sent thru this as a first time customer, BUT ALL GOOD cuz i will never have to see or deal with Grace OR THAT STORE AGAIN! ROOSEVELT FIELD and MANHASSET have the BEST CUST SERVICE!!! Walt Whitman/Saks YOU NEED TO TRAIN THESE WOMEN BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WORSE ATTITUDE!!!!

My Wife and Daughter had the worst experience with sales associate Grace. She totally made what was supposed to be a happy moment for my Daughters bday, A very unpleasant experience. Needless to say we will continue to buy Louis Vuitton but never ever again from the one at the Walt Whitman mall. Thank you Grace you ruined my Daughters day.

Stopped in to purchase wallet for Wife. Unfortunately my sales associate was not the most helpful. As a result, after buying from this store, I headed straight to the Gardrn City location, who was exponentially more helpful and friendlier. Will skip Walt Whitman in the future and go right to Roosevelt Field.

Superior customer service. Dawn the GM called me after hours from her LV phone and readily communicated every step of the way. Needed an exchange and made it not only easy but a super pleasant experience. Would come back to this location anytime.

Do not go to this Louis Vuitton store for any shopping needs!! This store has poor customer service, poor selection, and doesn’t align with whom Louis Vuitton is. Poor customer service consists of no client satisfaction seeking, no options presented, and I was placed in an iPad line queue “to be helped,” in which wasn’t really a line at all. Overall I recommend shopping online or travel to other locations on the island.

Came into this store & was completely ignored. The staff assisted 3 customers that walked in AFTER me & didn’t acknowledge me until almost a hour later. Ridiculous. The staff here are so incredibly rude & unhelpful. If I wasn’t in a time crunch for Christmas, I wouldn’t have waited. Never coming here again.

I went into this store the other day. I had bought an item from another Louis Vuitton store but was missing a dust bag and the right size box for it. The person helping me at the other store said they didn't have anymore and to go to another one and tell them what happened. When I walked into this location, I was helped by a lady named Dawn. She made sure the item I bought was presentable with a dust bag and the right size box. This item was a gift to a special person. Thank you so much Dawn, you were so kind and thoughtful

I was very hesitant to go to this particular Louis Vuitton store being that I read all these negative comments about the customer service. However, today I decided to just take a chance and go to the Louis Vuitton store to purchase the bag that I’ve been wanting. upon my entrance into the store I was greeted by Christine, who was very lovely, very helpful and very kind. I am glad I took the chance and went directly to the store as opposed to ordering online. I have to say that my experience at this Louis Vuitton store was excellent and I was very pleased with the seller Customer Service that I received from Christine.

Woman with frizzy blonde hair was very rude when I was picking up a bag I ordered previously. Unfortunately, will never go back to this location, this has happened to me at this same location on several occasions and has started to feel like I’m being profiled. Please go to Garden city and don’t ruin your experience at this location.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Sold me a damaged belt! I was in need of a last minute Valentine's Day gift for my husband, ran in and decided on a belt. I was unsure of his size but it looked about right. The belt was reversible and hanging on the monogram side on display. I purchase the belt and it ended up being too big on my husband, he LITERALLY did not even put the prong in any single hole he just threw the belt around his waist and knew it would be big. This was the only time we even touched the belt, I immediately put it back in the box in order to return it. Comes the day I'm back in the store to make the return, the SA which was a young man opens the belt to inspect it and informs me that one of the belt loops are stretched out and they can't take the belt back.... Extremely confused, I notice that indeed one of the loops on the reversed black side was stretched. Absolutely not possible on our end due to the fact that my husband barely even tried the belt on! The young man proceeded to make nasty comments, I insisted that this belt wasn't worn and his response was "I'm pretty sure it was, we would never sell you a belt in this condition" in an extremely condescending way.. meanwhile he wasn't even there on the day of the sale. That's when I realized they sold me a damaged belt and clearly the belt was not inspected upon the sale! They gave me an extremely hard time and didn't believe me, treated me like a pos that wore a belt and returned it. I waited for the manager for 45 min before she actually took the time to inspect the belt, proceeded to give me a hard time while I stood there insisting it was never worn. Extremely embarrassing! After the whole fiasco the manager FINALLY decided to take it back. I worked in Saks for 6 years prior to med school and I would die before I wore something and retuned it! If you decide to shop at this store, don't rely on the SA to inspect your item, please inspect every thing before purchasing it!
