Took over three months to receive my order, which was shown as the items being in stock. When it arrived, part of the order was missing and had to wait another several weeks for the rest to show up. Customer service was friendly, but no order should take that long to fulfill.

I have left multiple voicemails and sent emails requesting an exchange. I did receive a response via email sayIng my return request had been and that I would receive follow-up information. The follow up information has not come and it’s been weeks. Still no response to phone calls so I am at a standstill.

Terrible customer service, I placed two orders worth around $5,000, over a month ago, and I haven’t received anything, they never answer the phone or emails. At this point I don’t know if this company is a scam or what.
