We LOVE Island Vet Group! Everyone here is kind & caring. They give the best advice for care for our dog & are very thorough. Every doctor & tech goes above & beyond for our dog Daisy, even going as far as giving her shots on the floor because she gets nervous on the table. You can tell that everyone here loves their job & had your animals best interest at heart. They have taken care of my family’s dogs for years so we never questioned where to bring ours when we brought her home. Can’t say enough good things about IVG, we recommend them to all our friends & family!

My dogs are older, so we are there often and fees can be steep, but the vets and staff here are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I wish the office were closer to home!

I would never think of taking my Pitbull Maya anywhere else. Dr. Martin and her staff leave absolutely no room for comparison and I’m so grateful to have them in my corner. Her veterinary assistant Kayla was very attentive and listened to my concerns as if Maya was her dog. Nothing but good things to say always

Gosh, this place is filled with people who truly love what they do. Their compassion, their service, and how they go above and beyond for each individual pets needs does not go unnoticed. As a first time dog owner with a senior dog, I have been struggling to find a vet environment and experience that makes me feel supported (especially while navigating the tough conversations that come around having a senior dog). My dog had to have surgery and hearing that at his age was a scary experience. From start to finish, every person here cared for my dog as if he was their own and kept me included in every step of the process. From phone calls, to pictures, I was truly comforted while waiting till I could pick him up. They have thought everything out from a patient perspective to put our pets and us owners at ease and I could not be more appreciative for being referred to them. They were my saving grace through a challenging time and me and my dog are so grateful for all they have done. Truly thank you.

From the initial visit when my dog was a puppy, Dr. Kaplan guided me through the experience with patience and demonstrated exemplary listening skills. His innate kindness and caring demeanor reflect his passion for helping animals, which is evident in every interaction.

Let me start with the sad fact that Molly has traveled over the Rainbow Bridge to be with our family on the other side. The way she was treated at island Veterinary Group deserves another mention even now. Frcm the very first time we sent there the doctors and staff treated us like special relatives who had come to visit from out of town. They quickly learned what made Molly and I comfortable and practiced what they learned. That is why Molly and I were always happy to go there and there was never any discomfort whatever the treatment. That alone would be a recommendation for a Veterinary group. You can't go wrong taking any of your best friends and really family there to be cared for.

I've been using Island Veterinary Group for awhile. Dr. Martin is excellent. She listened to my concerns about my toy poodle and is very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this group.

Probably the worst experience with a vet, almost ever. They are too busy so they never call you back. One of the partners talks so loudly it hurts. Same person has absolutely no heart. She may as well be talking to a brick wall with all her compassion.
