So disappointed in the current staff at this store!The customer service and sales help was the worst I have ever experienced.What a shame , this store sells beautiful Italian lingerie. I will drive to Roosevelt Field or go to the NYC store. Miss Sofia!

Staff was very friendly and spend time with you to make sure you get the products you want in the size you need. Somewhat expensive but you get what you pay for, everything is high quality and fashionable

I walked in not knowing what intimissimi was and boy was I shocked. I never thought in my 65 years of life that I would find a bra that fit so well, this was by far One of the best experiences I have ever had in a lingerie store. The girls were absolutely amazing helping me find The best brassieres. The one with pale skin and dark hair I Believe her name was Savanna? The red haired girl Alexis and the tall one Arriba we're all so pleasant I really enjoyed my time in the welcoming environment that these ladies created for me I hope every woman gets to experience the service that I experienced with these girls. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this to all my girlfriends.

The absolute worst customer service ever! I spent $300 on pjs I was told that they would take an exchange and when I got there they said they have a new system and are not able to process it until next week when the manager returns. He said there’s nothing you can do they could not guarantee that they can exchange the item. I am not sure how is store can function, let alone go back on their exchange policy! I was even able to provide proof of purchase but they didn’t care/(
