The customer service is terrible. I started coming here about 6 months ago and the 1st few months were great my nails were beautiful lasted long and then they would break after 2 days of getting them done the nail tech had an attitude. The last 2 times Leo seemed to be annoyed with the designs I would bring mind you their IG is filled with elaborate designs. He would huff & puff push things away on the table. Slam the nail file. Just unnecessary! I held it in to the point I couldn’t anymore and I said something, how the customer was terrible and I felt so uncomfortable and Helen didn’t even apologize she just kept saying the design I wanted they didn’t have the Gel??? Excuse me what?!! It wasn’t that he was just frustrated he couldn’t get the design right. Needless to say I walked out without getting a pedi and that will be last time I go there. My nails came out terrible the design he did was just done so sloppy. Never will go back!Service: Nail art

Loved this place and loved Sophia! However if I call in the morning to make an appointment for the afternoon. If I show up on time, sit and wait for 15 minutes to be taken with no heads up that It’ll be an additional 15 minutes (total of 30 minutes) waiting, I’m sorry but that is unprofessional. Your time is not more valuable than mine. Wish they do better.

Helen is the only person I let do my acrylic nails and it always comes out perfect. She is a perfectionist and takes her time every time I sit with her. She does a great job and the salon has many gel color choices. The price also cannot be beat!

I always go here and get a spa pedicure from Lilly. She's the best and I don't really trust anyone but her. I just called to schedule an appointment with her and was told she doesn't work there anymore. Does anybody know where she went?!

The only big problem here is Helen. I have been a very loyal customer for almost a year! Today I had gone in because my friend was there saying salon was not busy. I had an appointment for tomorrow but since I wasn't busy I had gone in asking if I can switch it to today. Not only was she rude but then when customers heard the attitude a sweet lady offered to give me her appointment tomorrow. She started yelling at the both of us saying that it wasn't okay and we both just looked at each other like what the heck! I have never been so disrespected at a place before until I met Helen.

I stopped by on a whim and they did a fantastic job, they had so many gel colors I was overwhelmed:) I ended up asking for art and love the abstract mountains I got!!

I've been going to this nail salon for almost 2 years and the guys that does acrylic nails does them amazing. The problem is the boss Helen. She books the appointments and could be doing someones nails and stops multiple times because of the incoming calls. The last time I went she did my nails instead of Leo who is the only one in the salon that does acrylic nails. I asked if she can fix my nail because they were rushed and there was excess glue and she said no it wont be visible and it was. So I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance and asked for him specifically she said okay. When I walked in she said I dont have time for you today and said I wasn't in the book. She is so unprofessional and don't recommend the salon itself. I honestly feel bad for Leo who has to put up with that kind if boss.

Super happy with my nails. I got just what I requested. They used gel without confirming that that was my preference but they look so good that I don't even care.

The salon is very dirty. There is nail dust everywhere and the tools are not one time use. I used to go see Leo before the pandemic and he always did my nails beautifully. They tended to be a bit thicker, but the designs were great and they never broke or lifted. I went back for the first time in 2 years. I requested a new acrylic set with pink to white ombré gel color. After the acrylic was applied, and he started shaping, I noticed that there was a lot of excess product on the underside of my nails and the sides were rough. When I pointed it out to him, he filed some of the nails, but not all. After applying the color, he applied a coat of builder gel on top. Unless the nail is prepped properly, the builder gel will not grip the other product appropriately, which will result in peeling and lifting on the top layer. After leaving the salon, I noticed that there was excess glue around my cuticles. The tips were not filed appropriately on the sides and the nails were hurting me. Less than 24 hours later, the builder gel starting lifting and pulling the color away. Because the sides were not shaped correctly, the acrylics started lifting in the corners. I called back on Monday, keep in mind my appointment was on Saturday before (48 hours ago). I told the owner that my nails were chipping and all of the nails were lifting and I would like to make an appointment to have them corrected. Unfortunately my schedule wouldn't allow me to get there until the following Saturday. I made it very clear that all of the nails will need correction. When I arrived at the salon I showed the owner and Leo my nails and I pointed out all of the issues mentioned above in addition to the lumpiness because the builder gel could not be smoothed due to the nature of how it was applied. Midway through what I thought was going to be a refill I showed Leo the color that I wanted and he immediately took my phone and started showing the owner and talking in his native language. He was clearly annoyed. He also started rushing while filing and shaping my nails. Upon coming back with the color he finished filing the old gel and color off of my nails. I pointed out the lifting corners of all of my nails. He immediately started applying color before doing a refill. I asked him if he was going to be doing a refill and I pointed out the lifting again and that the shape was crooked on multiple nails. He said no I don't have time and the owner came over and said that she only made me a 30 minute appointment for a fix. When I questioned why she thought a full set of lifting acrylics would only take 30 minutes to fix, her response was "you said that you needed them fixed. A fix appointment is only 30 minutes."When I asked them in what world would it take 30 minutes to correct a full set of lifting and chipping acrylic sets, they looked at me in silence. I also questioned why they thought that it would be appropriate to allow a client to leave the salon with half her acrylics filed off and pieces stuck on the underside with some gel color put on top. Again they said nothing. Neglecting to remove lifting portions of acrylics, results in water and other debris getting under the nails. This can cause mold and fungal infections. After this encounter I put a five dollar tip on Leo's station, said thank you for your time, and left the salon. It's safe to say that I will not be returning. The professionalism and the cleanliness of the salon does not meet New York State standards. Nor should anybody be treated the way that I was after spending $65 plus a $15 tip for a full new set of acrylics only to have them be ruined within 48 hours of application.

The nice gentleman who did my manicure was an absolute gem. I showed him a photo of a design that I wanted and I could not be happier with how perfectly he replicated the image. He took his time and focused on even the smallest details in order to make this the best manicure I've ever gotten. Definitely will be coming back!
