Very bad experience, I was looking for a car, I paid a $500 deposit and that was on August 1, I called to get the money refunded, today is August 16 and they still haven't returned my money. I call and call and no one gives me a reason for the money. They say that on Fridays they make refunds, very bad service ???

Dont waste your time, you’ll get there and they’ll tell you the internet price is reflected after a certain amount of money down, fake price adverstisement. Theres betters dealers.

Purchased a used car about one month ago from here. Dealt with a very inexperienced saleswoman. She knew nothing about the car and gave me completely wrong info on the HOV lane clean pass. This is the 2nd car bought from here and I would never go back. Sales manager should be ashamed of himself letting kids sell 40k vehicles knowing nothing about them. I’d shop else where.

The worst dealership on Long Island . Wouldn't even show us the car. Waited over 25 minutes to have someone talk to us when had appt . Finally someone came and gave us a print out of the website and said it was in the shop and gave the run around ..All clowns especially the manager

What does it take to get a return phone call and good customer service. I've been calling for over a week now. Craig in finance has never returned any phone calls. Won't be dying another vehicle from them again.
