“Absolutely amazing wood. I wanted to get some wood for a couple of projects including Black walnut, Cherry and maple but I was not sure where to get it. I went up to Urban Specialty woods and they had a variety pack of all three of those woods. the wood was outstanding quality and I checked the moisture content and it was very dry. the service was amazing and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The prices are great for the amazing quality of wood. they had so many beautiful slabs that I've never even seen before. this is definitely the best wood store I have been to yet. I will definitely be shopping here many more times in the future!”

“The store is very nice. Staff was friendly and not judgemental or pushy. We just stopped in as we happened upon the store. It is not for the light of pocketbooks as it is pricey, but the quality of what you are paying for. They have rooms set up, so it is possible to see how the items would fit in a room. So, it is a good place to go for ideas. We may go back for some specific items, but as a whole, it is out of our price range.”

“This review is for the store and customer service that resolved an issue we had. My wife and I went to this store to look at sofas, and the sales representative was very patient and helpful. We ordered two matching slope arm sofas in upholstery. The delivery was received on time, in about 5 weeks. However, one of the sofas had water stains on it. I spoke to customer service supervisor Arty, and he came up with the solution of re-upholstering the sofa. The sofa was taken back and re-upholstered and delivered back within a week and a half just in time for something we had planned. The sofas looked great. i recommend them.”
