The Forward model of patient care is so much better than any PCP has provided in the past. The baseline visit established all the important medical metrics and in each subsequent visit all metics are immediately uploaded so that they are easily tracked. A personal DNA analysis is done to highlight potential areas to watch. Regular skin scans are done and any areas of concerns are followed up on by the doctor in subsequent visits. I am always reminded to make appointments. Any emergency or urgent issues I note in the app and are immediately responded to 24/7. There is no waiting room, because there is never any waiting - I am always immediately directed to a new, individual room where any examination and consultation is done. Everything Forward does uses the latest technology. And the doctors really seem to care about keeping me well, not just treating issues. Its a great product.

Doctor prescribes meds that have a major interaction with my current med and will not take ownership for it. I would not trust them with my care.

Forward is the best! They are so responsive and kind. They have always helped me when I needed it. I don’t have health insurance but I am in good health. This service has helped give me the support I need to stay in health. Having a consistent doctor that knows you is so important and forward gives that to me!They even gave me a goodie bag after they tested me for strep. I was negative but it saved me $225 from urgent care.

The Medical staff were nice and friendly, but the communication with the company has been terrible. They can't even seem to get a script right. I have been waiting a week to hear from someone within the company and nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be doing business with them anymore. It's unfortunate because it's a great idea but terrible execution.

Disappointing at best. Here are the headlines:1: a doctor recommended a pap smear at Forward, but the doctor who examined me tried to convince me to go home and not have the exam. I insisted on having it since I was there. Bottom line: she could not perform the exam, and I experienced a great deal of pain, which had never happened in the 40 years I have had yearly pap smears. The speculum she used was disposable, had rough edges, and it was evident that she did not know how to insert it. Also, the nurse assisting her recommended that I wear the robes if I would like a breast exam, so I did, but the doctor ignored it, and I left without such an exam. Baffling!2: During a follow-up visit, I mentioned my disappointment with the previous visit, and the doctor colluded with the first doctor instead of hearing my concerns.3: Conclusion: because the Forward doctors were quick to blame their failure to conduct the pap smear painlessly on the fact that I have entered menopause, they NEGLECTED to learn that the pain and swelling I endured was due to a severe case of diverticulitis, which I had never had before.I am BEYOND disappointed with the carelessness of the two doctors I saw at Forward, and I, AGAIN, request the immediate termination of my subscription.

My baseline visit with Forward was the most incredible doctors visit I've ever had. I didn't wait at all. As soon as I walked in I signed in on a tablet, took my weight by standing on a futuristic body scanner, then went in the back office to do my labs. Within 12 minutes, I was looking over my results on a giant touch screen with my doctor. Shortly after my visit, my labs were updated in the app and I had a virtual meeting to go over my labs. As a software engineer, I believe Forward is where medical meets technology. If you like to make informed databases decisions in your life, you need your own real data to make decisions. With Forward, you unlock the data in your blood and have the expertise of a doctor to create a care plan. Best decision I've made was signing up and going in.

This has to be the most thorough exam I have had in my entire life. Dr Dan was very attentive and patient and quite personable. The use of technology is amazing and having access all information about tests and results is very satisfying. I truly look foward to, and will take full advantage all the medical knowledge and expertise.

As a technology professional who is beyond frustrated with the state of healthcare in the US, my expectations were very high going to Forward. I am delighted to report, that they exceeded those expectations. Primary healthcare done right? Leveraging technology? People who care and actually understand what they are talking about and prepare for your visit? So far, worth every penny. I am hoping they become the norm not the exception for the future of healthcare.

I joined forward prior to the opening for a special price for a 6 month commitment. My thought process was I would cancel after the 6 month of base line testing they provide new patients. Now with that all said, it has truly been an outstanding experience and I have no plans on canceling. I cannot speak to other reviews here or other locations good or bad. All I can say is the dr's and all the staff really care, they do not rush you and the follow up to your visits are the best I have ever witnessed. In addition, last night at 3 am EST I did not feel well and you know what I was thinking? That said, it's impossible to get a covid test at this time besides waiting in line for 2 plus hrs if you can even get in. Well I texted the care team and they answered me at 4 am with a confirmed PCR test for that day- really. I was freaking shocked!! I thought I just won lotto!!! Again I cannot speak to other reviews, my experience has been just outstanding and no this is not a paid review and I am not part of their marketing team.

Forward does not take Medicare patients! This is why nobody got back to me until finally somebody did tell me that they don't take Medicare yet they are hoping to work on changing that. I would think people that are on Medicare would be the age where they really want to watch their health and work to make it better. I think that's a serious oversight on their pod tonight except people who have Medicare.
