Just had a nice experience, figured I'd share a compliment. Nice young man, Aaron, helped me. This is what customer service should be.

The service is awful, every time I come here the employees are not professional and they are very slow. Every time I come and shop here lines always form of people waiting to be attended, they need to work on customer service and time management.

Unbelievable I was on the call with them for 18 minutes straight and no one picked up. I think that the finish line department located in the Macy’s should get their own number.
