I have been doing sales and customer service for over 30 years. When I speak to somebody that is in need of help or having some sort of difficulty, I truly try to do my best to help them as if it was somebody that I really knew and cared about. Not a stranger. Without getting into too much detail, I was having an issue with my insurance company for my daughter who is 19 years old with a specific dosage of a drug. Darlene was so kind so efficient so informative, but most of all she really cared about the fact that my daughter was a younger girl and new to this medication. She followed through and spoke with me with the upmost respect and dedication. She came through as empathic, honest, and really went above, and beyond what she needed to do to help us as a family. I hope someone gives her either a raise ,a high, five a hug, or at least a sincere thank you. There should be more like her in this capacity. Absolutely wonderful, wonderful person and educated on her job. Thank you again, Darlene for everything! You rock!!

I like shopping at that pharmacy, they have everything you need... the atmosphere is very cozy and friendly... and the place is super clean.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They always have my prescriptions ready. If you can’t pick up your prescriptions they offer delivery options. Switched from CVS to Family Care and by far it was the best decision I’ve made. They also sell grate products.

Dominick, Jamie, and the entire staff at Family Care have all been extremely caring, kind, & friendly to me. Dominick has always been there for me and aided me with all my needs. I am overly impressed with everyone at Family Care. I will always go to Family Care for all my drug prescriptions.

The employees in the pharmacy are so rude. Every time i go they always have an attitude and have no reason to be rude , especially a girl that works there. If your going to work w the public , be nice to everyone and don't always have an attitude. Some people dont belong there
