Both saleswoman not willing to help me when I was at the store. They didn’t even bother to get up from their desk and when I asked them questions both ladies sounded very impatient. Not sure why they are like that maybe the way I dressed. I just went to Arhaus and get my furnitures instead. Will never buy from Ethan Allen again.

The store is very nice. Staff was friendly and not judgemental or pushy. We just stopped in as we happened upon the store. It is not for the light of pocketbooks as it is pricey, but the quality of what you are paying for. They have rooms set up, so it is possible to see how the items would fit in a room. So, it is a good place to go for ideas. We may go back for some specific items, but as a whole, it is out of our price range.

Love that my design consultant was helpful but not pushy, and she came to my home, gratis, to confirm measurements and design style. A bonus: my furniture arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Delivery came on a terribly rainy day, and the two delivery men readily acceded to removing their wet shoes before entering my home. Exceptional service and quality furniture.

I custom ordered a Harvard executive chair and matching ottoman thinking my money would be well spent on high quality American made furniture. When it arrived I was sorely disappointed by the carelessness of whoever sewed the leather together to make the furniture pieces. Not a single seam is straight. Everything is wavy and bulging in random places. The saleswoman I dealt with when I placed the order was extremely pushy about buying art and then simultaneously dragged her feet when it came to placing my order.I will not spend another dime at Ethan Allen. Top grain American made means nothing any more sadly.

From the first meeting with Joyce at Ethan Allen in Huntington, NY to the the final day of receiving our orders, we were happy every step of the process. Joyce is a professional with a lot of knowledge in design, but more valuable is her ability to listen to us and understand the vision we had. We met with her at the store 2 times, and each time she just captured exactly what we were looking to do as far as updating our current home decor but to bring it up to the "times" so to speak. We had decorated our home 18 years prior, and although still beautiful it was a bit tired and on the darker side. Joyce helped to pick out fabrics for window treatments, area rugs for our dining room and bedroom. We are very satisfied and extremely happy with the way the house turned out. All of the contractor we worked with measuring and installing of carpets and window treatments, the delivery people for the furniture - all professional and a pleasure to talk to and have work at the house. So yes, Ethan Allen is one place we will go back to again and again as needed.

We were very happy with our experience, though not everything has been delivered, as one item arrived earlier than expected. We were lucky to get a sales lady who catered to our needs and put up with us. We have no hesitation in recommending Ethan Allen, and Gabriella.

I recently needed to furnish my newly purchased condo - living room, dining room and bedroom. I wasn't sure what I wanted - I just knew that I wanted a change from how my previous home was furnished. How lucky was I to have Karen Luechau approach me as I walked into the Huntington store?? I cannot compliment her enough. From her knowledge and professionalism to her amiable disposition, I felt that I had found just the right person to help me with my choices. The pieces that I chose were very different from what I had before. The quality and workmanship of the pieces are unsurpassed. I LOVE my new home!!!!!!!

The furniture quality is great, the price is on the higher side, the shopping experience was fun and informative. The white glove delivery did not disappoint, my delivery date was pushed back by about a month, which was fine by me since we had no plans on hosting for the holidays. All in all we are happy with our purchase and will be returning to Ethan Allen in the future.

Karen Luechau was our designer. She was SO helpful and knowledgeable.She completely came out of her way to measure my family room (on her day off!). She was not pushy at all instead, very honest. We are so excited for our new leather sectional! Can’t wait for it to come in. Thank you, Karen!

Honestly I really don’t want to give this place one star but I really have to. We placed an order of table & chairs in May and didn’t receive our table until the end of august and we just received our chairs last week. The communication with delivery and the staff was horrible. All they kept saying was that they pushed the date. We will never come here again.
