Continuous repairs without fixing the problem. Balance billed me on a mechanical breakdown claim through GEICO. Found out later that I should not have paid a cent over my $250 deductible. Call your insurance carrier before you let an advisor strong arm you.

Tried to book a service appointment the woman must have gone to the bathroom while taking my vin number - I was on hold for 30 mins before giving up

Nobody picks up the call. I drove all the way from queens to check and then its says they close at 4 but i was there at 3 pm n nobody there n says its close wasted my time. On weekend Saturday.. worst place… don’t gooo over here..
