this place was good when i first started going but lately the services have been so poor. they barely touch any products on me during the manicure or pedicure. especially the lady Susan is really bad at it. she was pulling my cuticle instead of cutting them. didn’t clean under my nails and when i asked her to she got all upset. definitely not worth the $43 i paid for their service. did not leave any tip for Susan for obvious reasons. and they just put all the used equipments back in the drawer instead of cleaning them. i also got a brazilian wax and i would like to warn anyone who gets waxed by them DO NOT they dont seem to have any idea and bruised me while waxing. sadly an awful experience with them and would totally not recommend. not worth the $$

I've been going to Elite Nails for the past 3 years. There is always availability, the staff is very nice, they do a great job and it's always clean and tidy. I recommend Elite Nails!

I made the appointment this morning and was fit right in
It was an amazing experience
I had Michelle she was very sweet and professional
She did a great job
I honestly can’t wait to come back

i've been searching for a great nail salon and i was referred by a friends and i finally am happy with my nails!! i always walk out of a nail salon unhappy with my nails but i really have nothing to complain about this place. its very clean the staff is friendly, clean bathroom. they treated me very nicely. also you really get a bang for your buck, they don't just do your nails full spa treatment.

Had a terrible experience with Susan twice. I got a gel manicure with her and left my nails bumpy and super tick never had that issue before with other nail salon.

I go here for a simple pedicure and massage every month, and the service is great. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The strip mall where the shop is located actually burned down a few years ago after a fire started in one of the stores next door, and everything was rebuilt with all new equipment and the same workers all returned. Owner must treat her workers well.

I like the place, but one time, one of the workers made me feel very bad, when I tipped her for a regular pedicure, I gave her $5.00 and she told me that it wasn't fair what I gave her, which I think was a fair tip ?

Went to go get my nails done here for the first time and Helen was amazing! I got a French gel set and I am obsessed!!! LOVE her work. Helen was so sweet and so was the other staff. The atmosphere of the salon is just amazing. You can tell they really care about their customers. I will recommend this salon to everyone!! 5 stars, thank you again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Polite service. Very attentive employees. They are very professional. Soothing pedicures. Manicures are calming. Very well done. They don't cut cuticles which sold me on getting another manicure.

I've been going here for over 10 years. I don't understand some of these other reviews. This is a very high end salon! They all speak English very well, do an outstanding job. I found them because of all the excellent reviews on Angie's list. I get waxed, no problem. Get pedicures, so relaxing! Manicures, outstanding. Very friendly! They try to bend over backwards to accommodate all their customers, even those that walk in. I would honestly take all these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Suspicious that they are from competitive salons. They are even accommodating to male customers
